Urgent: Account (unknown)banned immediately + 'Case creation failed' error

Hello,

I am posting here because I am stuck in a complete dead-end with EA Help. My account (gks******[edit: email address removed]) was banned on March 27th immediately after I purchased FC 26, without any activity or reason.

Here is the nightmare I am facing:

  1. Broken Appeal System: I keep getting a "Case creation failed" error on my main account. I cannot even submit a formal appeal.
  2. Account Locked from Support: It seems my entire account is blocked from accessing 1:1 support. I had to use a friend's account just to reach a live chat advisor.
  3. Invalid Case ID: During that chat, I was given Case ID #829481451. However, I have now discovered that this Case ID does not even exist in your system, and I have received zero confirmation emails.

 

I am effectively locked out of both my game and the support system meant to fix it. This is incredibly frustrating as a paying customer who just wants to play FC 26.

Can a Community Manager please look into this technical glitch and manually escalate my situation to the Terms of Service (ToS) team? I need a human to review my account since the automated systems are completely failing me.

    I'm sorry, we aren't able to help with ban appeals. But I'll do my best to share helpful suggestions.

    This sounds familiar. I've come across this once before in this thread. We tried a few different steps, but what helped the person create a case was this:
