No response to ban appeal
I got banned for doing nothing and they said i used some hacks that i never used and then i appealed and now it’s nearly a week since i appealed and got no respond

Gotcha! Sometimes the investigations can take some time, but they aim to get back within 10 days, according to our guide: Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
"Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake."

They responded and that’s not the first time i got banned for doung nothing u just create an account and play two days i get banned for using hacks and i’ve never used hack and then they say i transferred coins how is that possible when i haven’t yet get access to the market on the game that’s a total robbery i can’t even get a regund for my ea play that i subscribed to play the game

From what you've shared here, this sounds like you had an older account that was banned before now, and that this latest ban happened on the new/secondary account you created to get back into the game. Is that right?

Sorry, this isn't something I can help you with. We won't know the specific ban situation through the EA Forums. We can't look into this for you, and we can't overturn bans through here. Our blog post below shares more about what we can and can't do on the forums:
Our Terms of Service team would exclusively look into banned accounts to see if the ban can be lifted. If they have already checked this out for you and confirmed that the ban is correct, the account will remain banned.
