Worst experience ever in FC26, got a false ban for almost 1 week and no response
Now, due to EA's false ban, my game has been suspended for almost a week. There has been no compensation for the in-game rewards and Game Pass EXP lost during this period. I have appealed this ban, but EA's response and handling have been extremely slow. Most critically, contacting their customer support has been completely ineffective. What's more, after buying FIFA for so many years—from FIFA to FC—and always being a rule-abiding player all this time, I am now wrongly labeled a cheater, and the process is so slow. I simply cannot accept such unfair and unjust treatment.
I don't mind if the system sometimes falsely bans players—it's for the health of the game environment. The real issue is that problems need to be resolved quickly. EA offers no compensation, drags its feet on handling issues, and contacting support only makes you angrier. Support always tells you to wait, and if you ask too much, they say it's "not their team to deal with this ." What's the point of such support then? The appeal process is completely one-sided—it's like begging EA like a clown to unban you. This entire process is a joke in 2025.
