Arestiel Thanks for the screenshots. I was able to finally get data to show but running into a hiccup with what needs to be resolved on my end. Once i get it updated, I will update the thread and let you know.
Don't mean to be annoying but since its been more than a week I thought I would like to follow up on this once more. Any developments? Anything you could tell me?

Arestiel Hey, apologies. This should have been resolved. You should be able to play now. If you cannot as of this morning, reply to this with a screenshot, and any case numbers you had on the EA account. I need those. I will then take a look today.

Unfortunately I still get the same error message upon launch.
The following are the case numbers I have that should be associated with this issue:

233675170
I believe that is all the cases I had regarding this issue.
