maybe is the problem that at https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/connected-accounts i can't see the connectivity with Xbox.

However, when I click on “Connect,” I receive a message stating that it is already connected. In Microsoft Connected Apps, the connection to EA is displayed.

I discovered that my Xbox account was still linked to an old EA account. I have now resolved the issue and everything is functioning properly.
