[PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode

Hey there EA_Shepard, I hate to bother you with the same issue as everyone else, EA support just gave me the run around and I'm at my wits end lol.

Word for word, the same as everyone else, and I believe my EA-ID is hybridzane and I'm on PC.

Really hope EA gets someone to just fix this problem permanently, weird that it's even happening.

hybridzane​ Hey, I took a look at the account. Can you repair the game, and try to log in again for me and see if you get the same error as before?

EA_Shepard Just tried clearing the license folder, uninstalling, and starting the game again, it's still locking me out of multiplayer.

Any idea why they haven't pushed a fix for this?

hybridzane​ It is a fix that has to be done on the account side, not your side. Log back in, repair the game and try again for me.
