Same here! I can get the game to load but then it freezes or it goes white and gives me the digitized frown face. Twice it actually let me play a game but then went to white screen/frown face so I probably didnt get credit for the win. I'm beyond frustrated as playing on Pogo is my stress break from life and instead it is giving me more stress.

Can you please let us know what is happening with the issues with Matching Moments and the game not loading? You have a lot of paying members unable to load the game, and it is getting very frustrating not hearing anything about fixes. Why am I paying for a service I cannot use? Give refunds if you are not going to fix the issues.

Matching Moments still frozen, Merge Academy still not recording scores, and a Way with Words still not loading for weeks. Done what I can and no success. How many more games am I going to lose. I would like some actual help as I have done all I am able to do.

Pogo will NEVER fix the problem on Matching Moments. So many people (including me) have complained; but, nothing is happening to fix the problem. THAT is why I have cancelled me account. I'm so annoyed with Pogo right now.
ALSO...it appears that they changed my name from SnowWhisper777 to SnowWhisper777JS. What's with the JS at the end of my screen name? Good grief, Pogo!!!!

sconnieCurrently the game itself is working as designed on Pogo, however browser‑based games can be sensitive to differences in each player’s setup and configuration on their devices. Even small variations between systems can lead to very different experiences.
Because Pogo is a browser‑based gaming site, it’s essential to keep our device and browser fully updated, clean, configured and have enough storage and memory available for everything to work/load properly. If you run into issues while playing, here are the most common troubleshooting steps to try:
- Outdated browser versions
- Outdated operating system (OS)
- Browser extensions or add‑ons that interfere with game scripts
- Corrupted cache or cookies
- Device performance limitations (older hardware, low memory, etc.)
- Outdated graphics drivers (huge for gamers - this is loading & visuals)
- Hardware acceleration settings (on or off can affect performance differently)
- Security software or firewalls blocking game components (can change how cookies, permissions, connections work)
- Multiple open tabs or heavy background usage
- Power‑saving or battery‑saving modes reducing system performance
- VPNs or proxy connections slowing or blocking game traffic
- Router/Internet issues (modems and routers are like little computers and need maintenance)
- Pop‑up blockers interfering with game windows or scripts

The internet and browsers have fundamentally changed: Not long ago, browsers and devices were simple - you clicked and played. But that's not how things work anymore. Rather it is Windows or Apple device you are using the systems have become complex. More options, more security, more updates and more systems interacting with one another.
The modern web/browsers today have transformed in recent years. What used to be a straightforward has turned into a layered, highly engineered ecosystem. I know this isn't the simple "click and play" experience it used to be, and I wish it were different. But checking those settings and troubleshooting should get you back in the game. There are many possible combinations of settings, versions, and privacy rules, and any one of them can affect how a browser game loads or saves progress.

For anyone who may be reading this: Our usernames and ranks are different here in EA Pogo Forums, we can change our username and pictures by logging on to EA Help with our Pogo credentials and viewing our home accounts. Ranks are determined by user activity here in EA Pogo forums, not the length of memberships with Pogo.

I’m really sorry it’s reached the point where you felt you had to cancel and this has become frustrating. I cannot emphasize enough that today’s devices and browsers have become so complex that troubleshooting isn’t just an extra step anymore, it’s part of how everything stays working. As a Club Pogo Member of 15 years, I can assure you and anyone reading this, the troubleshooting steps do work and Pogo does fix issues as they arise, promise!

I'm having the same issues as well as on the Enchanted Love Season boxes on the bottom all have green checkmarks as well as locks on them. When it says I have a new gift I can't click on anything after I won the first 3. This game used to be fun. Also, maybe you could offer more than 10 coins for winning?

and here we are 3 days later and still having issues but it's our fault? Really? This many people having issues but the game is functioning as intended? How many more are there like I was and don't even bother to note which games are having issues? I have a new computer and running windows 10 and using IE .

Regarding Merge Academy "not recording scores" is this pertaining to the Magic Hat Lap 5 Badge? If so, you can find a posting about this here and on Pogo forums about instructions.
If what you’re seeing is that no progress is saving at all, that’s actually a very common symptom when our browsers get overloaded or when cookies and cache become outdated. Modern browsers rely heavily on stored data to keep games running smoothly, so when that data becomes bloated or corrupted, games can stop recording progress even if everything else looks fine. A quick round of troubleshooting usually clears it up and gets things saving again.
