Can’t claim rewards again

This is my third post on this and no one at CG has helped.CG_Meathead​ can you please get someone to help with this?

I can’t claim my daily rewards. It says it reset but I still have time left before it resets. You can see it in the screen shot. 

I can’t collect the daily box so now I’m missing out on rewards. This keeps happening. Probably the 8th time so far.
