Purchased zetas and Omni but got crystals

Got a weird pop up in game, one for 40 zetas and another for 25 omicrons. Both were $19.99. Both also said 2 available. Both times only gave 2800 crystals. Purchased through the in-game popular and it gave me crystals and not the mats.  I don’t want the crystals, it’s not what I purchased.  In game ai bot support is terrible.  Pleases refund me $19.99 x 2 or grant me the 40 zetas and 25 omnicrons.
