A while ago, my EA account got hacked, and it had to be banned to prevent the hacker from exploiting it. That EA account is linked to my SWGOH, so i wasn't able to play on EA at the time, only bluestacks. From there if I try to unlink I just get error code 9.0, and it forces me to restart. It is probably related to the fact that the linked account is banned, but i dont know what to do. Its been more than a year and Ive missed so much webstore stuff including that free r10

Community ManagerHi there. Most likely, the issue is the banned account. What you should do is open a case with an advisor. They can't lift the ban, but they can at least get the account secured.
