This is what it looks like and i did everything to get it fixed. I deleted all files and my cc. I deleted the game. Deleted ea and tied to repair it multiple times. I dont know what to do anymore.
Try exiting your game and just have the launcher open. Then in the top left click the three dashes to open the launcher menu. Go to Help and select app recovery. See if that fixes the problem. If it does not, try these two things in order.

If the first two things don't fix your problem and you have to use the general troubleshooting link, scroll down to "reset your user folder" and follow those instructions.
by deleting all files you mean you removed your entire user folder ?
