Crystal Creations Collectables Not Registering
I recently purchased the Crystal Creations pack, as well as seasons, but have noticed in my Collections in my inventory that the Crystal Creations bonus items are not registering on the main menu (showing as the bonus items circle), but do show within the collection greyed out as usual. However, I managed to collect Amber which appears in my inventory, but it has not registered in my collection as being collected. I have attached some screenshots.
I have tried repairing the game and packs through the EA app, but this doesn't seem to have fixed anything. I'm a bit gutted as I've recently got into completing the collections, and would hate for these to not register or count towards them. I do play with CC but not Mods, my game is up to date. As mentioned at the beginning, at the same time I purchased Seasons and the bonus items for that pack have registered within my collections no problem.
I'd hate to lose all my progress and saves, please helppp!

I got the amber in a box from Trashley (also recently got the businesses and hobbies pack so was collecting those items!)!
Anyway, I tried as you suggested to disable to CC and gifted it to one of my other sims and back to myself again and it worked! It’s almost like it pushed it to reset, it’s now counted towards the collection and I have the bonus item ring.
I went into my original save with my CC enabled and tried the same gifting process and it worked too, so thank you 🥳🥳
