Crystal Creations Collectables Not Registering

    Thank you!!

    I got the amber in a box from Trashley (also recently got the businesses and hobbies pack so was collecting those items!)! 

    Anyway, I tried as you suggested to disable to CC and gifted it to one of my other sims and back to myself again and it worked! It’s almost like it pushed it to reset, it’s now counted towards the collection and I have the bonus item ring. 

    I went into my original save with my CC enabled and tried the same gifting process and it worked too, so thank you 🥳🥳

by what means did you get the amber ?

Would be good if you tested without CC as well but you would need to find a new amber or gift it to someone and then gift back after doing so. 

Although maybe even placing it in the world and dragging back into your inventory would work.
