game crash when I pressed forever friends

I was play sims 4 and i complete a task and i pressed a button and game crash for the 3rd time

please fix it!

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
