Game crashing when placing lot from Gallery/saved error message

Computer: PC

 Mods: I use Andrew's poseplayer and the iso love photo mods. Others are cc that i recolor using sims 4 studio. My script mode is currently turn off since the recent update. 

Issues:

• after placing the lots , i exit. When i return to the lot , the lot is empty. However, the world map shows the lot i place. 
• If i change the lot 2 or more time (downloading a lot from the gallery and doing it that 2 or more times), the game will freeze or i will get a save error message that i cannot save the game. If i get a save error message, when i exit, the game is stuck on loading.
• I will randomly get save error messages when playing active sims if i enter build mode.
•  The game is lagging if small business is open.
