i think i messed up my Blast from the Past rewards event...

So while I was playing all the challenges/quests/whatever theyre called for the rewards event, I completed everything for week 2 and then my game crashed without saving. I didn't lose my progress on the event, as it still says I completed week 2 and have access to all that content in build/buy/cas. Which makes sense, since it's linked to my account, right? However, my sim no longer has the item we were supposed to craft in her inventory (pardon the mess), just all the components (I think- but there's a good chance I lost them in the crash also!). Because I already completed the event though, I don't have the game guiding me in finding all the things I need and I'm not sure if the prompt will even show up again if I do gather all the components again in game. Am I doomed and there's nothing I can do to fix it? I know that people can upload the rewards to the gallery and everything but I was really enjoying unlocking everything for my game and now I fear I ruined the rest of the event for myself barely halfway through 😭
