When I try to get my sims (male and female, multiple households) to get in to the hot tub it says "can't get in while pregnant" fyi these sims AREN'T pregnant!
Then again I also have the bug where the pregnancy test option does not appear after "trying for baby" option.
Please help! Thank you!

I had this bug yesterday (hot tub), for me it was Lot 51 Core Library that needed an update, after that it worked. Then the pregnancy test bug seems to be a problem for everyone, there is a mod by Lumpinou (https://app.ts4modhound.com/creator/public_page/Lumpinou) that fixes it, at least sometimes.
With the first issue, if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

All my sims all apparently "pregnant" so I cannot mount a horse, get in a hot tub, etc.
Mine too. Can’t complete the ‘go jogging’ in the nature is calling challenge.

Yes! I am using mods (all are updated and none are broken), yet the issue remained when my mods were off.
After the latest update, my sims can’t use a hot tub, a sauna, a yoga mat or any other activity that pregnant seems can’t do. The game claims that they can’t do these activities cause they are pregnant, even when the sim is a male.
My Sim is male (and hasn't been abducted by aliens.) He has no pregnancy-related moodlets, physical changes, or other signs. I only found out he's "pregnant" in CAS and it's confirmed by his age progress bar in Simology being frozen. He can't dive for treasure, but he can usually ride a horse. When it says he can't ride due to being pregnant, it usually resets after travelling a couple of times. I haven't had any trouble with him being able to jog. I haven't tried other things like using a hot tub or doing yoga.
I have NOT used any mods at any time in his save file.
Every Sim in different saves can't move beyond this part of the Event because each time I try to use the hot tub, it tells me that it can't be used because my Sim is pregnant - even my tester sims who have never woohooed.
