Stuck on Loading Screen Sims 4

Question

My game will not open, and hasn't since the latest 2 updates. I've been stuck on the loading screen no matter how long I let it sit for, it just keeps showing the same screen. I've restarted my game and, laptop multiple times, but it doesn't make any difference.
