I reached out to EA this evening about the bug that’s completely broken my game since I brought the adventure awaits pack. Just continuous loading screens, game is completely broken. I contacted EA to ask for a refund for the expansion pack “Adventure awaits” as it’s not working and has broken my game. They responded by saying that the game team will be looking into it and that they couldn’t give me my refund due to limitations . They also couldn’t tell me how long it would take them to fix the problem so again I asked about my refund to which they responded that my transaction isn’t eligible for a refund and sent me a link to their website that says if any EA game that is released and brought within 72 hours and it doesn’t work due to technical issues due to EA then we can request a refund” . So I sent the quote of what it says on their website and was still denied a refund. I expressed how disappointed and upset I was as someone who has been playing sims for 19 years, spent thousands and has never asked for a refund. Sold for what? 55 billion and you can’t refund the people who’s games are completely broken £35 back. Never been so let down by a company before.
