Toddlers Milestones ...

So the milestones for Toddlers are still not showing up for Movements and a few other and I have been successfully able to use a mod by TwistedMexi to make the achievement appear, but now I am encountering an issue:

This particular household has twins and I think perhaps the cheat code doesn't work because it doesn't know which child to give the achievement to? (though I would have assumed it would have done both, but it is not the case ...)

Anybody knows how I can give the achivements to each of my twins at a time (since the second twin hasn't yet reached the max in movement skill, so I want the milestone to show only for the one that has) please?
