DLC disappear
As mentioned, all the DLCs I purchased previously are missing.
And I found any can solve this problem on the internet, but couldn't help.

Synia_Ch Are you saying that the packs in your screenshot are missing, or that your order history should list more packs? And which packs are missing?
Please also make sure you've signed into the correct account. Accidentally using a secondary account is a common issue these days, as demonstrated by this very long master thread:

The packs in my screenshot are missing. I only can play without packs.
The account is correct, I didn't sign in other account.
Synia_Ch Your screenshot shows that you tried to purchase one expansion and the transaction failed. Then you tried again and it succeeded, and then you received a refund. So you don't actually own... I think the pack is Discover University. The other two transactions are for free content, not packs.
The point is, I don't know what content you're missing that your account is supposed to own. If you have bought other packs, they're not on this account.
