NOTE: All mods listed broken either are reported broken by the creator or are tested by me or a trusted tester.  These are mods without a current fully working version.  Check under "UPDATED MODS AND TOOLS" below for some that WERE broken. Obsolete and Unsupported Mods

Obsolete mods are (mostly) bugfixes that are no longer needed; remove them. Unsupported mods are either being no longer supported by their creator or have been replaced by a newer mod.
