Lost all my Sims Packs
My game was frozen and I reset my Xbox and all my packages from the Sims for have been gone. I am trying to figure out find out how to get them back cause I pay a lot of money for those.

Mine did the same! It took away my seasons and vampires which I bought awhile ago and gave me get to work and toddler stuff pack which I never bought those wt....

First let's make sure your content is fully installed to your console following the steps here:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
