Vet clinics, staff and equipment do not cure pets.

I've just tried cats and Dogs on console but I've owned since release. When I take a pet to a vet and check in, no vets are present and no one shows up to see my pet. If I own the clinic, I have to manually see my pet which defeats the purpose of going to the clinic in the first place.

If I buy vet equipment and do it at home, the process completes but the pets condition remains unchanged. 

Can you please fix this terrible bug? I can't even enjoy the pack I paid for.
