So, I've been trying to install the Sims Three for a while now (I bought it through Origin). I will type in the codes, everything will go well, and origin will say that the installation is complete. Unfortunately, every time I hit play, it says that it's still downloading (at 100%). This is strange because I've had installed and have been playing with it for three years now. If anyone could help, that would be great.

So i've looked through many of these but I can't find answers that work. ☹️ So basically overnight i downloaded my Sims 3 base and all my expansion packs, then i installed them all. I'm pretty sure it is Sims 3 University causing the problem because as i was installing it something came up which it didn't say for the rest. I pressed OK and continued. Now it says:DOWNLOAD IN PROGRESSLaunching this game while a download is in progress can negativley impact gameplay. Are you sure you want o continue?(Download bar at 100%)Like I do, i pressed PLAY NOW and as i pressed the play button it crashed. I can't launch the game or play. I've had this game for a long time with about 1500 hours of gameplay and this has never happened even through all the different computers i've had. Please help!(While i tried to install the second expansion pack to see if i could overlap it, it kept crashing. I've had that problem too. I've been waiting 4 hours now and when I do hit play now I log in and the game crashes.

I need more info about your Mac

Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on "More Info" depending on what operating system you're running:

- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics

I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, early 2015) with:
Version 10.10.5
Processor: 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

Hi @Abbie0007,

I have the same problem with The Sims 4 on my macbook,
it was stuck at 100%, but that problem solved itself, now it just won't install the friggin game...
