mmwhitel When you say the game shows up in your Sims 4 library, where do you mean? Have you tried clearing the App's cache?

Please also go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

So if I log into game and am playing in game - it shows that I have the expansion pack purchased but when I enter into EA app on my PC, it shows that I have to purchase again. No download option, and not available in my upcoming downloads.
When I go into my account settings and order history, it says completed. I received an email last night with the confirmation number as well as another email today from Klarna with the purchase.

And yes, I have cleared cache a few times. I've also shut down my computer and completely uninstalled & reinstalled the EA App and Sims 4
mmwhitel What content is this exactly? And to be clear, if you click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, the pack is NOT on the list of add-ons, either installed or with a Download button?

Good morning! I appreciate all your help. Still confused on how this happened. But I have it now!! It finally showed up in the EA App. I put some more info below on what happened in case this may be a bug issue you are looking at for others:
I purchased Island Living as an expansion pack through the EA App, and from there on Klarna (honestly not sure why only), but I received email confirmation from both EA & Klarna. Went into the EA App, but it would not give me the option to download (this was immediately after), and when I logged into profile, it showed that this may take 30 minutes to upload. My order and order status was shown as complete. It showed up in gameplay, but would still not let me download after an hour or so. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, everything. But it stilll would not pull up as a purchased expansion pack on my EA App, only in the Sims 4 game. Went to reply to you this morning with photos and it magically has now appeared in my library to download.
Thank you again for all your help, I really appreciate it! But it must have been a weird bug or glitch because of Klarna - lesson learned.
mmwhitel A few players have reported the same issue, or something very similar, after buying through Klarna. I don't know whether it's a coincidence (this problem isn't rare), or there's a delay with this specific type of transaction, but I'll keep it in mind for others. It's good to know that all you had to do was wait, frustrating as that can be in the moment.
