I purchased a game through Klarna, and it will show up in my Sims 4 library but not in the EA App. I have uninstalled multiple times now and it says this is non refundable, how am I supposed to get this to work? Help please.
mmwhitel When you say the game shows up in your Sims 4 library, where do you mean? Have you tried clearing the App's cache?

Please also go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
