I purchased Adventure Awaits as a preorder, downloaded it after it came out and now I can't use it. I have restarted computer and game multiple times. It shows the world as not available because I do not have the pack, but then if I go to "purchase" the pack, it says I already own it. I have tried starting a new game. No luck. Mods have been disabled and removed entirely from Mods folder. Please help.

RoxyWhiteFox Please post screenshots showing where the folders are, just for my reference in case I need to make a suggestion dependent on the location.
Please also list the status of your purchase, as shown on ea.com, for example Completed or Processing.
I’ve done aspuzzlezaddict suggested, and they all showed the correct file path. Yet no content is showing up in my game.

Otherwise, please run a search for the folder for Adventure Awaits. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP20 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
