Screen "freezing" when shifting from load screen into Gameplay

madilyn102402  This problem typically happens when there isn't a driver installed for the graphics card or chip.  So please install the newest driver for your GPU.

If that doesn't help, or you don't know how to do it, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
