FL1NTENSTE1N To be clear, I don't work for EA, so I'm not part of any effort to deflect, nor do I have any responsibility for the current state of the game or the new expansion. I just want to get players back into their games. So of course I'm going to look for computer problems first—those can be solved by the user (most of the time) and cannot be fixed on the EA side.
And I don't mark my "please post a dxdiag" replies as the solution, ever. That's unhelpful at best and also completely disingenuous.
Since you don't want help, I won't try further. But I'll leave the thread in PC tech in case the other two players who posted here DO want to try to get their games to work.
