Sims 4 Game Doesn't Load

stays at the blue loading screen 'The Sims 4' sometimes i hear the music and sometimes i don't then it'll do the circle loading cursor and the game isn't/doesn't respond so I have to close it.  I have tried almost everything. All of my mods and custom content are up to date, I have done the 50/50 method and I have checked my graphics on display and I have deleted my local thumb cache. I have also made sure my graphics card and other things are up to date along with my PC itself. My sims game is also up to date and so is the EA app. The EA app loads just fine. The only thing I have not done is putting my sims game onto my desktop, I am unable to do that because I don't have enough space and I don't want to lose anything. I've been trying to figure this out for at least 4 hours now and I'm getting so frustrated. PLS HELP!! I have files below to hopefully help my situation.

NicoSlothEmojiHi! Thank you for replying back to me!! After sitting here for a very long time.... turns out it's the UI Cheats Mod. Just figured it wasn't that bc it was updated not too long ago but yeah lol def wasn't expecting it to be that mod but i took that mod out along with my other ones one more time and UI Cheats is the one that was affecting it all along bc I just put that one mod in my game and was stuck on the loading screen

  • Hi, try renaming your "The Sims 4" settings folder (the one that your mods and tray files are in) to something like "The Sims 4_OLD". Then open the Sims 4 and let the game regenerate the folder and see if it loads then.

If it loads, close the game and just move your Tray and Mods folders back and see if it still loads!

  • I am repairing my game right now. If that doesn't work, I will uninstall and reinstall... if none of those don't work I have no idea.
