I purchased the preorder, activated the key and nothing, no download, no expension pack. When I start the game, it tells me I already have that expension but nothing from it is showing in my game. Anyone has the same problem?

I purchased from a third party and redeemed the code as soon as I got it earlier today. I've done the same for many packs and never had a problem. It's not showing as owned on the EA app or on my add-ons BUT when I look in-game, it shows as purchased but it says I have to download it... That's been done already!! I wonder if it will be active from a certain time?

There is currently an issue where it appears that you can start the download. If you click download it will start and then give an error. It appears that it will continue trying until the Expansion is released.
I purchased and installed it from the moment it was ready for pre order and it isn't working, I've been waiting for it and so disappointed! On summer holidays from work and I can't play it 😠why is ea like this!?

Similar issue except mines not even showing in my library as owned!
This is how mine is, entered the code, the pop up for the download to start came up and I clicked download and then nothing!

Same I brought it yesterday on the 24th woke up today 25th and it's not there's, it downloaded fine yesterday so should be showing up and it's not..... Ea is so **bleep** broken
