Problem to transfer The Sims mobile existing account to new phone
- Hello, I have a new phone and not sure how to transfer my existing The Sims Mobile account to it.
I went to Play store and downloaded The Sims Mobile on my new phone, but when I opened its asking me to create, as if I'm new.
I cannot open The sims mobile on my old phone because the last update I couldn't update it because the storage was full. Can you help, what can I do?
Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.
