Load Error Code 800/801

When I try to load into Oakenstead lot it never load in and gives me error 800. I do not have a previous save where this would not happen.

I have tried:

Removing all mods

Restarting computer

Updating all drives (on both Nvidia and Intel) and all other windows updates.

Repairing game

Deleting local thumbcache

Removing Sims 4 folder from documents, starting game, inserting only the one save and nothing else.

Nothing works. This error is also accompanied by being unable to load or exit numerous random other lots or households. When I try to enter a household or build buy lot it will go into a loading screen that does not end forcing me to manually shut off game through task manager. This causes me to save all data if I had managed to play a bit and renders the game unplayable. The game was fine before the Lovestruck update. 

I tried all the steps mentioned in the error 800 along with trying to create a new save and the error persists in the new blank saves too.

I have scoured the internet and forums for solutions and spent hours trying to fix it this week but nothing works and I am beyond fuming.

I have a question relating to this bug, and I think you are the right person to ask to. You see, I am confused about how to handle the 2 major bugs in the game right now: the error 800 and the cluttering/littering issue. I just started a new save, I don't have other residential rental lots other than the ones that come with the Tomarang world.  I want to get rid of those residential rentals to prevent the error 800 bug. But in order to bulldoze the lot, you need to load the lot first. And loading the lot, will trigger the cluttering/littering bug!....oh my God...I don't really know how to handle these...so do you think the best solution right now would be to just completely leave the residential rental lots in Tomarang alone? In the hopes that having as fewer residential rentals as possible in your entire save file would be enough to prevent the error 800 from happening AND prevent the cluttering/littering issue to happen too? 

Also, you mentioned about manually deleting unplayed homeless sims from our game regularly. Say if my game designate a certain NPC as a delivery person, should I NOT delete this NPC sim? And if my played sim has a friend relationship with an NPC sim, should I also NOT delete this sim? Sorry I am fairly new to the Sims 4.

This was happening mostly with the lot of my played household on my main save, which was also experiencing the default neighboring lot appearance issue and random lot bulldozing issue at the same time. In fact, my played household (in Oasis Springs) experienced the lot bulldozing issue first, with me repeatedly having to rebuild the lot every time I re-entered the save, until it finally culminated in an 800 error when I travelled with one of the household Sims and then tried to return to the home lot (both within the same gameplay session).

I haven't experienced any new 800 errors on that save since getting rid of all R-rental lot types, but the already-corrupted lot is still giving it. (I'm going to try removing it with S4S as per these recommendations.)

I reported this bug since the beginning of the year. So far there is no fix. It was only on Willow Creek map. Now it has spread to maps: San Myshuno, Sulani, Magnolia Promenade. Almost all the places I usually play. Too bad to be able to play

Started encountering this bug. Got load error 800 when trying to load into a residential rental lot. Buildings are starting to disappear and endless loading. It starts in Willow Creek and spreads the more I try to play. I also added a backup save to my game that this had not happened in and now it is happening in that save. I have tried to start over numerous times, but this starts happening over and over again. This is a terrible game breaking bug. 😭

I abandoned my Legacy save until this is fixed.  I had a second save file that is smaller, so I've been playing with that.  I don't understand why we aren't getting some status on this serious defect.  I haven't had the problem, but I am too afraid to play my main save as it's large and well populated.  

I just started to have this issue on my save games...
Now I can't even enter some lots on Willow Creek and just like you its now happening on my backup saves (that were uploaded on a cloud way before this started happening). 
It's definitely a game breaking bug, I can't say this is a save corruption anymore. Otherwise my backup saves would not be having this issue.

Edit: The lots with the error are the ones on the Sage Estates (both lots) and the Potters Splay on Courtryard Lane. 

This just started happening to me, Willow creek disease. I just bought the new pack too, which makes me feel like a real joker. 

1 year old save file, medium amount of residential rentals, lots are flipping to different types and when I go into edit the lot is empty, no house. Error code 801, then endless loading. 

No clue how much clutter is in my save file, it shouldn't be on me to meticulously track my rentals and clutter, simply trying to avoid this bug made me paranoid, and it happened anyway.
