Appeal Letter for Apex legends Account Ban
Dear EA Support Team and Apex Legends Community, I am writing to formally appeal the unjust ban on my Apex Legends account and to express my deep frustration with the entire process. I am a long-time, rule-abiding player who deeply loves this game. After a period of inactivity, I logged back in to play. My first match in the Outer Worlds went smoothly without any issues. In my second attempt, I queued for a ranked game but was unexpectedly placed into a casual match. Midway through this match, my account was suddenly banned without any prior warning or explanation. I was completely confused and shocked, as I have never violated any of the game’s terms of service or engaged in any form of cheating, hacking, or toxic behavior. I immediately began the appeal process, submitting four separate appeals through the official channels. Shockingly, nearly all of my appeals received identical, automated AI responses with no meaningful review or human oversight. This lack of care and accountability from EA is deeply upsetting and disrespectful to loyal players like myself. After four failed appeals, I noticed that the ban record on my EA Help account had completely disappeared. However, when I attempt to log into the game, I am still met with the same "account banned" message. This contradiction has left me even more frustrated and confused—there is no record of a ban, yet I am still locked out of my account with no way to resolve the issue. I have tried every possible method to connect with a human support agent to resolve this, but all paths lead back to automated tools or forums, with no way to speak to a real person who can review my case. This is unacceptable. I have heard countless reports of high-privilege players abusing the system to ban innocent users after being killed in matches. Is it true that regular, loyal players like myself are denied even the basic right to appeal a wrongful ban? This is a clear case of neglect and unfair treatment by EA towards its ordinary player base. I demand a full, manual review of my account by a human agent, the immediate reversal of this unjust ban, and a proper explanation for what has happened. I have invested time and passion into this game, and I deserve to be treated with respect and fairness. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. To the death of the Re-45
To whomever spat out the words or wrote the following - "Moving back to its light version only muddies the design space around the R-99, Alternator, and the rest of the light weapons." You are a very uneducated individual, and clearly have lost complete touch with this game, its player base, and I'll go as far as to say, your level of intelligence and lack there of when it comes to understanding business models is severely lacking. How stupid do you think we are!? I've been playing since season 0 - please explain to me in a coherent response after 6 years of the OG Re-45 standing along side it's counterparts, that only now, one of you brain rot infected Dev's actually tries to use this bulls**t excuse "it now muddies the design space." What a complete bunch of garbage, and complete bulls**t excuse. That fact that the following is lost on you speaks volume and that you are too young, or incapable of using your brain and need more life experiences when making decisions that effect the wallets of your player base. I have done a portion of the math on my hard earned money spent on Re-45 skins since the first one was added to the shop years ago. I have only spent money on LL skins and Re-45 skins. I have calculated upwards to almost $1000 dollars spent only on the Re-45 - probably more if I was to sit down and do the math to a science. As well all know and so should YOU - Nobody spends money on weapon skins for weapons they do not use or like! This is COMMON SENSE - why do you not have it, I'm assuming you are adults correct? So $1000 dollars or more spent on a weapon that has been in the game for over 6 years, knowing dam well many many users purchased skins for it - and you go and change it, and not slightly like changing the recoil, or damage output, or spray pattern et cetera.... no you changed it into a completely different gun in every single aspect and one that only a small percentage of players will be able to use, and be affective with it (ramp up, burst) - it takes a lot of time and training and skill to be really good with ramp up weapons; average casual players, mostly aren't very affective with them. So for me personally, I don't like the new completely different version of the weapon, I will not use it now and all that hard earned money spent on my absolute favorite weapon, are now completely useless! I wasted that money on a weapon I assumed would stay - I mean, why else would you sell skins for it otherwise? The only thing you have taught me is that you are crooks, and to never, I mean NEVER again, spend my money on any skins you make and add to your cosmetic store, because you have proven that at any given time you can make decision; brain dead decisions to screw over the ones that did spend money. You all make me sick! I'm done with Apex Legends. You Respawn are without a doubt, the most incompetent, crooked and cringe worthy gaming company in the industry. I urge every player to realize that spending your hard earned money on Legend skins and especially weapon skins is a huge risk while this dev team is making decisions that effect your money spent. I only hope others do not end up in the same boat down the road.Cheating is worse in apex legends
Literally unplayable why aren't they doing anything it's been 7 years and this is the worst it's ever been everyone is acting like there good when they've just been cheating at everything in their life. We should get compensation for the mental and physical exhaustion it's aging me having to even try while these kids get on and let a 3rd party device interrupt a supposed to be relaxing experience. After purchasing the Hundred-Crate Event, I upgraded all of them to Wishlist Combo Packs. Then, while opening crates, I encountered a bug when trying to open 30 crates at once. During the process of opening 30 crates in one go, a message appeared stating that a server error had occurred and to try again later. However, I did not receive the rewards for these 30 crates afterward, nor were the 30 crates returned to me.This has given me a really terrible gaming experience.
Falsely banned for "Gameplay Enhancement", 3 Appeals Denied.
Hello, I'm tokomaro or syscult, I'm a fairly competitive FPS player, often achieving high ranks in any FPS title you could name, I regularly aim train and tend to place in the 90% of most aim training scenarios. I also just got banned for "gameplay enhancement" on Apex legends with no context or explanation as to why I was banned, what software/hardware I used that gave me a gameplay enhancement, or what I was doing to get banned. I'm mainly writing this to express my frustration with this situation, hoping to get some response or closure that my case is actually being handled and looked into and re-reviewed so it can be made clear that I wasn't cheating like I will continue to claim. And my original post discussing this subject being merged into some other post on the forums - What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended | EA Forums - 5477078 (You can read this if you want) I'd like to make it clear, just as other people have while writing a post similar to this that, I don't claim to have ever cheated in Apex Legends or used any software/hardware to give me any time of competitive advantage, I simply play the game and grind ranked for an unhealthy amount of hours per day. ADDITIONALLY, I have purchased the past 2 battle passes, fully bought out a mythic collection event with 36 items, and have spent extra money to buy some skins from the ship, all things which would make NO sense to do if I was cheating and anticipated being banned. I am a broke college student that does not have infinite money to throw away on an apex account that is going to get banned regardless. - I'm not sure if any devices or software can be marked as a redflag on the anti-cheat but if it can these are my peripherals and other things I use on my computer Mouse: Razer Viper V3 Pro, Keyboard: Wooting 80HE, Software: GeForce Experience, SteelSeries Sonar As of today, I've submitted 3 appeals now, each being responded with a templated message that I'm not even sure a real person sent me, also making me think no human even looked at my appeal in the first place. I know this amount of appeals isn't as much as other people have submitted before actually being taken serious and unbanned, but I'm writing this in hopes I don't have to write 10+ appeals to be taken serious. I'm currently in the process of downloaded my EA account data to submit if this appeal is denied hoping that helps in anyway with my appeal. After spending the amount of time I have on this game, and the amount of money I have, its a little disheartening knowing this is how my case is handled after being falsely banned, a templated response giving me no insight or context on to what prompted my ban, and just disregarding my appeal completely. I have wrote an entire twitter post, attempted to contact EA and Respawn directly, and tried to contact higher-ups in the Apex Legends discord in hopes that a real person can handle my case and review it in detail to see I was never cheating. After reading countless forum post, and seeing how many similar cases there are, I am begging you to carefully review these bans, not just mine, but everyone affected by this. And please help the people who continue to put time into and support your game financially. If you are in the same boat as me please share your case and offer any support on how to handle this. I'm writing this in hopes this weird ban wave is investigated and all the false bans are looked into and I have even a 1% chance of getting my account back I've spent years and years and hundreds of dollars on. There is no reason as a Plat ranked player should I be getting a Silver Rank as a teammate and if I do I should not lose RP especially on their mess up and lack of comms. I pinged everything I was doing and both my teammates were silent nothing. Even if they’re in a group they shouldn’t be able to play together with the other player being another Plat Rank. Nicely done Respawn. I don't hear anything, literally nothing. No gunfights, no steps, even my weapons. Honestly wtf are you doing with the audio. Every single update you just simply ruin it. Fix bruh it's been years, almost a decade!!!! And your audio is worse than a Nintendo DS. Like who TF you guys putting in your studios working on the audio? Deaf people???? This split is just terrible, absolutely a joke. Played 2 ranked and no footsteps, no shooting sound, like wtf???
Play during day = bad, play during evening/night = better
Is it just me or are all the BAD/TERRIBLE/KIDS players play during the day and the good/serious players play during the evening/night? Intelligent humans are patter recognition machines, and it seems that on the daily the n00bs play during the day, you know, Octane users, hot droppers, mentally retarted players... And the serious good ranked players play during the day/evening, you get good matches, not wins all the time but top 5 placement with positive RP... Seems to me playing during the day you just loose a bunch of RP and during evening/night you farm some... The ranking system needs a tweek, if you are constantly dying in the first minute or two because your octane team wants to hot drop and suicide every time, it should queue you with non stupid players based on PATTERNS... Also, something everyone thinks but no one says, if you have no skill you have to 3rd party, bad players will never understand nor have an honest fight in their life, and I get it, BR is 3rd party by default, but still does not remove the OBJECTIVE FACT that if you 3rd party, even if it gives you kills, rank and wins, you are still lesser than those who had honest fights...What's the point of Ash's tactical snare?
It doesn't seem to do anything - whether I use it or it's used against me... it offers enemies about 10m radius of movement, so the usual range of movement most fight with if they walk to the edge of it (5m) it just snaps How it COULD be good: the radius needs to be a lot tighter, and maybe add slowing, as well as not snapping. It really needs to hinder an enemies movement. When it snags you you can still sprint around and just run to the edge and it snaps - what's the point?
Unbanned After “Gameplay Enhancement” Ban (No Explanation)
Hello, I wanted to share an update on my ban in case it helps others in similar situation. My account has been unbanned and there is no longer a penalty on it. I did not recieve any notification, I found out when I checked my penalty history today. My Apex account was permanently banned on 20th Feb 2026 with the reason "Gameplay Enhancement." I submitted multiple appeals, all of them were denied with the standard response that the sanction was correctly applied. After first couple appeals I made a post here in the forums get some answers, rant, and find similar cases and there are a lot of them indeed. My first post: Account-banned-for-competitive-advantage My rant: Actual-reason-for-gameplay-enhancement-ban-wave My last post: 10th-appeal-denied--dissappointed After my 10th appeal, I had no option left to contact TOS team, I did submit multiple forms but I got no response. I still don't know what caused the ban. However here are some points to consider before you lose all hope. - All Appeals being denied does not always mean the case is final (so don't be dissappointed) - Some bans may be reviewed later or reversed without communication (if you didn't cheat) If you are in a similar situation, please document your case. Download your Apex account data from EA's website. In your appeals ask for the actual detailed reason for the ban - if you still get your appeal denied then don't spam, allow the team to look into the issue. NOTE: DO NOT GET A REFUND ON YOUR PURCHASES IT WILL VIOLATE TOS AND YOUR ACCOUNT IS COOKED Also, before I got unbanned, someone I know on reddit also got their ban removed without any notification as well and earlier multiple streamers got their bans revoked for the same gameplay enhancement ban. I hope TOS shares an update on this matter asap as so many people are dealing with the same situation. ** I didn't not get in touch with any EA dev or anyone internally. Bought the ultimate pass earlier today to unlock all the legends, played like 2 games then went out to work to find out when i got home there all locked again. I thought they were unlocked until the end of this season not until this update or i wouldnt have bothered or would have at least waited until after the update. feel robbed....Cheating is the Downfall of Apex Legends
Cheating in a video game is truly pathetic, EA and Respawn are equally complicit and pathetic in allowing this to persist in Apex Legends. I played this game on PC about 5 years ago, and the learning curve is high, in part due to the truly realistic weapons ballistics and impressively accurate physics of gameplay. This makes the game enjoyably challenging, however I quit because as I got better, somehow lobby peers managed to jump the learning curve. Naturally I assumed I was just bad at the game. So I started altering aim and look settings in the game’s controller settings. To try to achieve the same aim capabilities of those whom were massacring me in PVP. I tried just about every setting that the game has to offer, and eventually arrived at the conclusion that the vast majority of my kill cam footage was not simply limited to in game settings parameters. Rather the same physical attributes that make the game fun and challenging were simply bypassed through various cheating methods. Impossible aim, glitching, zero recoil, it was sad. Before I quit the first time, I had estimated a cheater presence of around 20 to 30 percent of all players utilising methods outside of game design. Fast forward 5 years or so, I now have an Xbox, and just use my PC for work, I endeavoured to try Apex again as I enjoyed it prior to constantly watching kill cams all game long. I repeated the same experience, assuming that I was the problem and perhaps people were naturally this much better at the game. I couldn’t have been more incorrect, this game has rewarded cheaters and fair players like myself have absolutely no place in Apex Legends. As of early 2026, I estimate that the game lobbies, ranked and unranked, are comprised of around 60 to 70 percent cheaters. I will never play an EA or Respawn game again, and I urge all honest game players to do the same. They may be launching lawsuits against cheat developers, but what good does that do for the honest player? It does absolutely nothing for us.Theres no actual way to submit a support ticket
There's no way to do it. What a pointless system. Talk to this robot who does nothing for you and doesn't even let you submit a ticket to actual people. Uh, what? So ea has no support ticket system? What is that? Alot smaller gaming companies have them. That is unacceptable.
Gundam Beam Saber Pack Ripped Off
I wanted to report this as a bug, but for some reason when I click on the 'Report a bug' button, it does nothing... Using Google Chrome. Anyways, today I opened a gundam beam saber pack from the reward shop pack, after accumulating enough points, but it didn't give me a gundam event reward when I opened it... I got 2 Legendary items and a Epic item, but they were: Private Dancer skydive emote for Mirage Dread Captain for Fuse Bullet Train weapon skin for the 30-30... Even weirder, I'm 99% sure I already had the Bullet Train skin, because I have the World's Fair skin which I believe is the recolor for it... And it didn't show the Bullet Train with the red dot next to it, which new skins have to show you haven't looked at it yet. I'm even 100% more sure I didn't get a gundam beam pack because I still have only the 3 pack rewards checked off in the pack pool collected items which I previously had, 2 of the sticker sets and the Valkyrie skydive emote. I'm so tired of getting screwed over in life... Anything I can do about this?
