Hi, I'd like to start by referencing the Troubleshooting Checklist that is stickied in this forum here #1 Check Answers HQ and game forums for already existing threads, posts and solutions There are currently no other existing, relevant solutions that I could find after hours of Googling, and searching through EA's knowledge base. The game is so new, that people are still having this same exact high CPU/low GPU problems from when BF1 was new. People say to turn your settings and frame rate down, although this may help for some, it doesn't explain why my GPU does not go above 60% usage, even with GPU Restrictions turned off. There was another similar thread, marked as "solved" saying that GPU usage isn't reflected accurately in Windows Task Manager, but we use ASUS GPU Tweak II to monitor our GPU usage in this thread. #2 A detailed description of the problem you're having including screenshots and full error codes/messages where applicable Although I don't have issues with the game crashing, or any other graphical errors for that matter, it's a shame when I read I had to turn my graphics down to take the load off of my CPU. I don't want to run a game for extended periods of time when my CPU is practically cooking, even in my case where there aren't any immediate errors, such as any system (crash/hang) or graphical (FPS drop/stuttering) instability. Constantly running a CPU this hot will eventually cause the CPU to develop errors of its own. Even with the lowest of settings, CPU still bounces between 80-100% usage while in game. I also thought maybe if I crank the graphic settings high enough, it would off-balance the CPU usage and put some more strain onto the GPU, which it does not. Changing any and all video settings has zero influence on the high usage of my CPU. Meanwhile with graphic settings maxed out, my GTX 1070 doesn't go above 59% usage. #3 List all the steps you've already tried to resolve the issue The steps I've taken so far is changing all of the video settings to see if any particular graphic setting was causing a rise/drop in CPU, or a rise/drop in GPU usage. None were apparent. There were also some Google searches that mention turning the "Maximum pre-rendered frames" to "1", may have helped others with low GPU usage in Battlefield 1, but does nothing for Battlefield 5. Like I said earlier, this game is so new that all of the posts I try to find that are relevant to high CPU usage for BF5, just translates to searches for BF1, which "solutions" I also attempted and nothing helped. It seems this game in itself is just a CPU hog ( 60% CPU usage while idle in the menu ), some advanced form of CPU cryptojacking, or just extremely un-optimized. #4 Posted a link to an image of the issue if it's graphical or performance Low GPU accompanied by 87% CPU. Keep in mind that "Max" under GPU Usage,% is the highest percentage it has reached within a certain amount of time, not the maximum percentage that it is capable of ( which is 100% ) #5 Full system specifications - My current hardware specs versus the recommended system requirements from here. DXR is NOT enabled during any of this. Anybody claiming there is a compatibility bottleneck between my GPU and CPU that causes this amount of discrepancy is severely uninformed. This game is also installed on a Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD MY CPU: -i7-3770 CPU -- 4C8T @ 3.4GHz -- No OC Recommended CPU: -i7-4790 CPU -- 4C8T @ 3.6GHz -- No OC MY GPU: -8GB GDDR5 GTX 1070 -- No OC Recommended GPU: -6GB GDDR5 GTX 1060 -- No OC MY RAM: -16GB DDR3 Dual-Channel Recommended RAM: -12GB -- #6 Uploaded my generated DxDiag.txt file as an attachment #7 Origin client version is 10.5.31.17411 - 0 ; Most up-to-date version as of this posting So aside from my CPU being slightly under the Recommended requirements ( although my CPU is stronger than the one listed under Minimum ), Battlefield 5 runs my i7-3770 at 60% while waiting in the menu. As soon as I join a game the CPU jumps anywhere between 75% to 100% CPU usage, all the while my GPU, according to ASUS GPU Tweak II, doesn't go above 59% usage. However, when I run a game like Rocket League for example, my CPU hovers around 20%-40% usage, but my GPU runs at 90% ( which is how every game should work ) How can a game like Rocket League use 90% of my GPU, while the most graphics-intensive game of 2018 can only budge my GPU up to 60%? Any feedback or suggestions is appreciatedSolved113KViews5likes42CommentsFailed to connect to EA Servers - Xbox One

This is the Settings overview of my Battlefield V Tips (you can find part 1 on Strategy tips here). It's primarily aimed at improving performance, so do keep that in mind as relative visual quality will obviously suffer. Some gamers may have developed various preferences which may detract from the settings below, but many folks will probably find the following to offer a moderate to massive improvement in performance and / or convenience. Mouse-specific settings are in bold red text below. Over time, I'll add to or update the settings tips below. Comment if you have other suggestions, opinions, etc. to add to the list below. Out-of-Game Settings + Update your graphics card Do this first. Nvidia users: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx AMD users: https://www.amd.com/en/support If you're an Nvidia user... Make sure to enable "Use the 3D application setting": Right-click desktop > Nvidia Control Panel > 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings tab > Vertical Sync > "Use the 3D application setting" You can update your graphics driver directly via Nvidia's GeForce Experience, which automatically detects your GPU and lets you know when a new driver is out. Restart your computer. + Wired > Wireless Use a wired ethernet connection instead of a WiFi connection. Wireless is inherently slower and less reliable than a direct wire connection, all else constant. If your computer is a little too far from the modem to connect to, then it may prove worthwhile to invest in an (appropriate length) ethernet cable. If for some reason a wireless connection is the only option, then there are some settings on your (modem-)router that you can adjust yourself by going to "192.168.01" via your browser's address search. There you can adjust a myriad settings to your router to help mitigate connectivity issues, such as limiting which devices have access to your router, establishing a proper WiFi password, and removing guest accounts (i.e. is someone leeching off your internet?), along with more advanced options that require of you to research your specific device further. + Disable "Enhance pointer precision" This Windows feature makes your mouse movement inconsistent. You want the mouse pointer's distance to move in proportion with your mouse movement's distance traveled, as opposed to your mouse movement's speed. In other words, all else constant, if you quickly nudge your mouse a small distance, your mouse shouldn't change behavior and jump to the other side of the screen. Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Mouse > Pointer Options tab > Uncheck "Enhance pointer precision" If you're using the Logitech Gaming Software for your mouse, there's also an option that defaults-in the Enhance Pointer Precision, and overrides your Windows settings. Make sure that this is left unchecked. + Disable Windows Fullscreen Optimization Disabling this Windows feature leads to fewer crashes when you ALT+TAB out of the game. I'm sure there are other benefits, too. Right click Battlefield V executable file > Properties > Compatibility tab > Check "Disable fullscreen optimizations" + Automatic console commands This displays the FPS at the top-right corner of your screen automatically upon the game's launch so that you don't have to enter console commands every time. The second line affects the size shown of the FPS value - a value of 3 is good on 4K, while a value of 2 is good on 1920 x 1080. You can fudge around with the third line but I like mine at 2. If you want to explore this topic in greater depth, check out the pinned thread at the Technical Issues sub-forum on how you can maximize your FPS by @2042isNotBF. Open Notepad and enter these three lines: PerfOverlay.DrawFPS 1 PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayScale 3 Gametime.Maxvariablefps XXX Save the file as user.cfg, and save it to your Battlefield V's main directory (typically under Program Files... but you can simply right-click the BFV exe on the desktop and choose "Open file location"). Note that the "XXX" in Gametime.Maxvariablefps XXX is the max fps that you want. For me, that number is 119. For you, that number may be different. Foremost, as a bit of an overview of optimizing your FPS... I like to think of it like rhythm, or analogous to clapping on beat to a song. If you have say a 60 Hz monitor, then 120 FPS in-game is at double its rhythm and is on beat. Basically, a whole number factor of your monitor's native refresh rate jibes well. If you're playing "off beat" at say 83 FPS, then the frame rate is not synced, and you'll see that mismatch in-game (e.g. screen tears). This is part of the point of V-Sync and framerate limiters - to sync the FPS produced with what your monitor can handle, to produce a smooth visual experience. A few FPS off won't really make a difference, but the more off you are will cause screen tears and other non-desirable effects. First, go to a V-sync monitor test site such as vsynctester.com and find out your true refresh rate. Although my native refresh rate was supposedly at 59.94 Hz, the real world test showed that it was a little under that, closer to 59.5 Hz. Next, find out what your in-game FPS typically peaks at, or take the mode (the most consistent FPS value). Then take your refresh rate and multiply it by the highest whole number within your peak / mode FPS value. For instance, if you have a real refresh rate of 59.5 and you max out your in-game FPS at 130, your maximum value is 119. This 119 value is set as the "framerate limit" value in RTSS. I find myself playing at a much more consistent and constant refresh rate of 119 without volatility, which helps with consistent shooting (i.e. the FPS doesn't keep jumping all over the place from say, 130 down to 119 to 125 to 119, etc.). + Disable Origin In-Game You can avoid any sort of lag due to Origin In-Game running within Battlefield V. Also, the Origin FPS counter is redundant with the automatic console commands. Go to Origin > Origin In-Game: Enable Origin In-Game: OFF Also, you must disable Origin In-Game on a per game basis. Go to Origin > My Game Library > Right click the BFV game image > Select Game Properties: "Enable Origin In-Game for Battlefield V": OFF Similarly, eliminate any further lag due to Origin by not sending data to Origin. Go to Origin > Diagnostics > Help Improve Origin: Share hardware info: OFF Share system interaction data: OFF Origin crash reporting: Never send + MSI Afterburner This program overclocks (OC) your GPU. I won't get into the nitty gritty of it, as you can find a lot of resources online regarding it. Instead, this'll be a very simple overview of what you can do if you're looking to get even more performance out of your GPU. This should be the last thing you do among the out-of-game settings listed here, as other, much simpler steps can be taken without taxing your GPU and shortening your GPU's life. After you've downloaded MSI Afterburner, make sure to click on the buttons circled in red below until their highlighted. Since this will be a very brief and a beginner's guide to MSI Afterburner, we'll only be focusing on the Core Clock value. Increase this value in 50 MHz intervals. If you don't crash after playing several games, then you can continue to increase the MHz. Keep going until your game crashes. Then either revert back to your previous MHz value, or tweak it further between the last two values. Note that this is just the maximum MHz value, and it isn't necessarily the best setting. If you're getting a huge increase in performance by overclocking it to say, 100 MHz, and further increases don't see much more improvement, then you don't need to go any higher, even though your game won't crash even at say, 300 MHz. After you've determined your core clock value, click on the save icon shown below. The numbers to the left will blink. Select a number (e.g. 1). This will save that configuration to profile #1. Then, change all of your values back to 0 (i.e. core clock = "+0"). Click on the save icon once more and select a different number to save that configuration (e.g. 2). As it stands now, these profiles need to be applied manually so that the desired overclocking value takes effect. But, that'll be tedious and you don't want the GPU to overclock when you're out of the game (even though MSI Afterburner may revert back to the default 0 value when you exit BFV, this is a safeguard). Thus, you want to have the correct profile load automatically when you open up and exit out of Battlefield V. Settings (gear) icon > Profile tab > Automatic profiles management: 2D profile: 2 <Your default profile when you're on your desktop> 3D profile: 1 <Profile when you play Battlefield V> + Mouse DPI & Sensitivity This is a contentious topic with lots of theories on how to maximize your performance. In reality, it's all relative to your setup and your play style preference. Other mouse settings are in bold red headers above and below this section. Although a higher DPI will offer a smoother mouse movement, the trade-off is that precision aiming becomes too volatile - the slightest nudge will throw your aim off. That's why in some games like CS:GO, the tried and true way to go is low DPI (i.e. 400-800) and low sensitivity. However, there are many other factors to consider, including but not limited to monitor size, resolution, distance to monitor, mouse movement style, etc. You will basically have to do some trial and error to fine tune your mouse's settings to maximize your performance. Here's one method to manually fine tune your mouse: Set your DPI to a factor of your resolution scale: if you're playing at 4K, or 3840 x 2160, then you can try a dpi of 3840*0.5= 1920. Your mouse may only allow you to set your DPI in increments of 50, 100, etc. In which case, round to the value closest to your target number. In our case, that'll be 1900 when you have increments of 50. Next, go to the practice range to test out how your mouse feels. If you tend to drag your mouse with your arm, take the maximum distance of your horizontal mouse movement (typically the lateral width of your mouse pad), look straight ahead at a reference object (e.g. a pole), and drag your mouse all the way across to the other end of your mouse pad. You should end up at the same reference object, i.e. you should have done a single 360° rotation. If not, tweak your sensitivity accordingly, and do the 360° test again until you end up at the same reference point. If it still feels awkward, then that's when you modify your mouse DPI (e.g. from 1900 down to 1800); you'll have to readjust your sensitivity after you do another 360° test. Keep repeating these steps until you are comfortable moving, turning, shooting, aiming, etc. Now, if you're a wrist user, instead of using your entire mouse pad width as your distance, you'll want to measure the actual maximum distance traveled as you pivot with your wrist. That is, measure the horizontal distance you actually travel with your mouse as you do a 360° turn. The rest of the methodology from the arm-mouse player applies. + Close all other programs when playing This is a bit self-explanatory. Depending on your computer's hardware setup, this alone may help you see a marked decrease in in-game lag. Make sure to close all other programs such as internet browsers, and don't forget to close any unnecessary background processes. + Latency Variation (FIX)- If you get the symbol below, you are having latency variation issues. That basically means that your latency, or "ping", is not consistent or stable enough, which may be responsible for a significant amount of lag on your end. To resolve this issue, I've found that a hard reset of the modem/router works best. 1. Unplug your modem's power for 5 minutes. 2. Plug it back in, and wait 2 minutes as it loads back up. 3. Repeat these first 2 steps for the router. If you have a modem-and-router-in-one, then you can ignore step 3. If you're still experiencing issues with your modem, then you may want to dig a bit deeper and see if it may be a hardware issue. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In-Game Settings All of the following in-game settings are meant to focus on performance. Obviously then, the trade-off is that you will see a relative decline in visual quality. Keep that in mind as you consider the following in-game settings. Check out the screenshots and match them up. There are a lot of small and large impact settings to go through, so I'll leave it at simply showing you screenshots of what I have. And, just like the out-of-game settings from earlier, some of these settings minimize variability in your mouse's input so that it's more predictable and consistent. + Graphics - Video Basic Fullscreen Resolution: <Native desktop resolution recommended> Field of View: 74* Vehicle 3P Field of View: 95 ADS Field of View: OFF Motion Blur: 0% Chromatic Aberration: OFF Film Grain: OFF Vignette: OFF Lens Distortion: OFF *Note that a value of 74 is equal to a value of 90° in horizontal view. If you put the value at its max, then it becomes a 120° viewing angle (the actual viewing angle of humans in real life). You actually don't want this "real" value because your entire viewing angle is scrunched up onto the monitor, which makes objects harder to see the further away they are (unless you have an ultra wide monitor or multi-monitor setup). However, a value of 74 (90°) basically mimics your actual depth perception and cuts off the periphery. In other words, for most single monitors, a value of 74 is closer to how you actually see things in real life. This 74 value may or may not equate to a different horizontal degree value than 90, depending on your monitor, resolution, etc. Make sure to hover your mouse over the "Field of View" item to see the viewing angle over to the right. + Graphics - Video Advanced DX12 Enabled: OFF Resolution Scale: 100 (or less; note that I set my resolution scale to 80 as a personal preference) Framerate Limiter: <Matches RTSS's "Framerate limit" value from earlier as close as possible> Future Frame Rendering: ON Vertical Sync: OFF GPU Memory Restriction: OFF <Important if you're using programs like MSI Afterburner> Graphics Quality: All set to LOW or OFF (If you're playing on 4K, LOW is the lowest I'd go; if you're playing on 1920 x 1080, MED is the lowest I'd go). + Key Bindings If you're struggling with flying your plane, then these plane control settings should help you tremendously. Some people like to change a key or two, but these work well for me. When you see the respective symbols in-game, you'll know what's causing any sort of performance slumps or lags. When it's server side, there's nothing you can do besides switching servers. Everything else may be reason for you to take a look at your settings more carefully. + Search servers manually, not automatically. This'll help to alleviate any frustration with waiting too long for games, or getting stuck on low population servers. This "old school" method is still the best way to search for the best servers. Go to Play > Multiplayer > Advanced Search > Choose the quick filters on the right, or select the Full Filter button I like to filter the servers by region to see only servers available in my region. It's also nice to show only the servers that aren't empty via Free Slots. Check out the screenshots below as one example to refine your search.77KViews91likes43CommentsSet up for the most FPS in BFV

By playing with your settings yourself you can get more FPS out of your games and your PC will be more stable. To be sure its not the game crashing your PC. It is very easy to blame the game and yes the game has issues still but it is best to rule out everything on your PC first. No question BFV is a CPU hog but BFV can be more stable if your PC is stable. To be sure windows is not the issue please try this to rule it out , I run this after every format once every driver is in and windows update is done it is normal to find a problem the first time you run it so please run it 2x with reboot between.. Test your windows for errors as a clean windows install does not always make a stable windows. NOTE: Running SFC does not guarantee the crash will not happen, but it will ensure it is not because a windows Dll or file is corrupted in windows. This works in all windows O/S vista Win7, Win8 , Win8.1 and win 10 windows system file checker :] Copy and past this to note pad and put it on your desktop. As open programs can give you errors when you run this. -For win7 go to start/ bottom left screen / windows globe .. Right click in search type cmd and right click cmd pick run as administrator. -For win 8.1 and win 10 right mouse click start bottom left of screen / windows box and pick command prompt administrator or Administer windows power shell. 1-Open administrator command prompt and close web pages and programs like Origin, Steam etc. 2-Type or copy and paste in sfc /scannow and hit enter, This takes 5 min to 15 min SSD vs HD 3-This can go one of a few ways ..... no errors ... it fixed some errors ..... could not fix all errors...... does not finish checking and errors out ....... and the last one could not fix errors at all :/ 4-After its done REBOOT PC and Run sfc /scannow again even if you had no errors the first time or had errors, could not fix run sfc /scannow again and when its done a second time reboot. You need to do this a and get no errors 2 x in a row ... 5-So if you ran it 2x and no errors your safe you can stop. If you had errors first time but not the second then run sfc /scannow again and when its done reboot. You need to get could not find any errors 2 x just to be safe. If it still finds errors try and run it a few more times until it finds no errors 2x AND ALWAYS REBOOT BETWEEN RUNNING sfc /scannow. 6- If windows scan keeps failing you should format :/ Regarding Over clocking .... I will never tell anyone to remove a OC on GPU, CPU or ram as long as it has been fully tested and fully stable. With my ram manual OC it was tested 12 hrs on one PC and 8hrs on another PC its fully stable on both PCs. With the new generation of ram you should not use mem test 86 as its not good for the new generation of ram. What I use is Karhu ram test and it turned out to be the best $15- ever spent for ram testing most errors are found very fast. https://www.karhusoftware.com/ramtest/ You can also use the free version of mem test 64 For me I did not like it but that's just me lol, you may love it and it is free https://www.techpowerup.com/memtest64/ Video card driver installs... Yes different video card drivers give different FPS in game as well as how you install them makes a difference how stable your PC is so to try and help more this is how I do my video card drivers in our PCs. And when I find a driver to give the best FPS keep a copy on your desktop so you have it if you need to go back to it .. Copy and past all of this to note pad and put it on your desktop... Try this and do all steps to get you PC cleaned up ...... Note = All the extra JUNK video card drivers install can and will make issues for many. And all the extra junk is just not needed for most people. This is how I do a clean graphic driver clean install......... 1- For NVIDIA go download your driver put it on your desk top. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us For AMD http://support.amd.com/en-us/download 2- Go download DDU ...Display Driver Uninstaller and unzip it on desktop... Read the page fully if you have never used this program and yes it must be done in safe mode for it to work ... https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html NOTE... If you have never used DDU then please read this link first.. https://windowsreport.com/display-driver-uninstaller-windows-10/ 3- Go download the free version of CC cleaner install it.. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner .... install it and clean your registry before you start the video card driver. 4 Once everything is downloaded and on your desktop then reboot your PC in safe mode... to get to safe mode type ... msconfig in run will bring up safe mode go to boot tab and check off safe boot Minimal hit apply and reboot PC. 5- Remove old video card driver in safe mode using DDU in safe mode 6- Once DDU is rebooting unplug your net so windows does not install a video card driver on you if you did not set in DDU settings. Once back in windows then install your video card driver but only install what I stated in step 7 7- When the time comes to install the video card driver you will be picking custom advanced you will only install two things from it for Nvidia cards 1- Graphics Driver 2- PhysX System and check off clean install with a 20XX RTX card you will check off a few more things but keep OFF... G-Force Experience and sound driver they are not needed for most people and G-Force Experience makes problems on a PC . For AMD card Advanced only check off display driver and catalyst control center as well as check off clean install. 8- When new video card driver is installed reboot your PC 9- Once rebooted use CC Cleaner to clean the registry, reboot PC and check the registry one last time for any issues. If it finds any repeat steps until it finds none. CC cleaner will give you the choice to back up or not and the first time you run it it is normal if it finds 80 + errors in the registry as every installed or uninstalled program will leave fragments behind in registry and CC Cleaner will clean this up. 10-Run windows scan again just to be safe I run this about once a week on all my rigs it can save you many a format. sfc /scannow and reboot PC and no open programs as they can give false errors. Once rebooted from windows scan then do step 11 11- Now to pull the most FPS out of your rig open NVIDIA Control Panel and under 3D settings .. Adjust image settings with Preview set it to use my preference and set it to performance and hit Apply. To see fps in game with no typing do this.... To see FPS in game with out fraps etc: 1- open note pad 2-put this in the note pad..... perfoverlay.drawfps 1 Perfoverlay.fpsdisplayscale 4 <<< this can change to 3 or 2 or 1 depending how big or small you want it. 4 is large. 3-when you make the user.cfg in notepad, change the file type from text to all. And name it user.cfg 4-Put in .....:\Program Files\Origin Games\Battlefield 5 5-Also close Origin to put cfg in just to be safe :} 6-You will see your FPS in top right of screen when you start BFV NOTE... this works for BF1 as well73KViews64likes49CommentsBattlefield V - Having to play intro mission every time you start the game

Have a Windows username that doesn't follow the standard A-Z letters of the English alphabet What happens when the bug occurs? You have to play the intro over and over again, because it creates a new PROFSAVE_tmp file, and can't save the PROFSAVE file properly What should be happening instead? PROFSAVE should be created, and you only need to play the intro mission once. There are some solutions to this issue, described in these links: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Battlefield-V-Intro-plays-at-every-launch/td-p/7171668 https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/161080/battlefield-v-don%C5%A5-remember-my-settings#latest These did not solve it for me. See my solution below. My Windows username is "Bjørnar". Because of this, the game doesn't manage to create the file PROFSAVE under C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Battlefield V\. It manages to create the PROFSAVE_tmp file, so something is working as it should, but that also resets everything every time you start the game, causing you to play the intro over and over again. I ran Procmon.exe (from MS Sysinternals) to find the cause of this. Turns out that it wants to create the PROFSAVE file under C:\Users\Bjrnar\Documents\Battlefield V\ (note the missing ø). This doesn't exist, so it fails. See attached screenshot As a workaround I created the folders Bjrnar\Documents\ under C:\Users, and set up a link to the proper Battlefield V folder, like so: mklink /j “C:\Users\Bjrnar\Documents\Battlefield V” “C:\Users\Bjørnar\Documents\Battlefield V” This solved the issue, and I can now start Battlefield V without having to play the intro mission.Solved70KViews10likes15CommentsBattlefield 5 keeps crashing
I recently purchased bf5 and the game keeps freezing randomly then crashing. I have computer parts that are better than the minimum requirement so dont worry about that. I have tried starting both programs as administrator, I've uninstalled my NVIDIA drivers and installed them fresh(which allowed me to play longer before crash). Nothing is working. I want to enjoy this game ☹️Solved65KViews11likes23CommentsVoice Chat playing through speakers when using headphones
For some reason all audio in the game goes to my headphones except for voice chat, which instead plays through my speakers. I see no option to select the voice chat audio source in Battlefield 5, and changing the Speakers source in the Voice tab of Origin settings does affect the game.SolvedAnonymous7 years ago64KViews1like3CommentsThis ea account is restricted from accessing any online features...

Game Menu In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Company Please select your region North America On which server did this happen? N/A When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11/9/2018 Summarize your bug I am level 10 support. However, around level 7 I noticed that rank advancements for support are not unlocking associated weapons. For example, at level 8 I can't access the Bren LMG. When I try to select it, it says it will be available during the next game, but it never frees up. This has continued to be a problem with each additional support rank. I currently can only access rank 7 or lower weapons and equipment, even though its telling me its unlocked. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into my account and review the My Company area for my support specialization. In the game when I'm trying to select it it says " available next round", but this is for every round after. Am I missing something or it's a bug. i have restarted the game, didn't help.
