(dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11/9/2018 Summarize your bug I am level 10 support. However, around level 7 I noticed that rank advancements for support are not unlocking associated weapons. For example, at level 8 I can't access the Bren LMG. When I try to select it, it says it will be available during the next game, but it never frees up. This has continued to be a problem with each additional support rank. I currently can only access rank 7 or lower weapons and equipment, even though its telling me its unlocked. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into my account and review the My Company area for my support specialization. What happens when the bug occurs? I can't access new equipment. What should be happening instead? I should be able to access new equipment as I rank up. Attached is my bug report on broken rank advancement for Support. I'm level 10 support, but can't access equipment past rank 7.
Game Keeps Crashing don't know what to do HELP!
Hey Guys, My game keeps crashing on me after every 5 - 10 minutes when I'm in the game. Sometimes it crashes during the boot of the game itself. However when I do get a chance to play, I have buttery smooth gameplay and I hover around 80-100 frames. I have supplied a picture of the event details within the windows event viewer. If any additional information is required Please let me know. Can anyone help me? Regards, Mike
PC - Crashing issue - Information request.
Hey soldier, We are currently in process of gathering information about crashing issues with Battlefield V for PC so we can determine the root cause of the issue. If you are experiencing any crashes with Battlefield V reply with the follow information below. The information we need: We need Dxdiag, to see what Hardware and drivers you are using. What did you do just before the crash happen? Does it happen in all game modes? Does it always happen at the same action/place? Time & date of when the issue happen, add in what time zone you are in. (Example: 01/01/20 - 15:45 GMT) NOTE: Very important that the time is accurate. Can't be more then 10 minutes off. Thank you for your help and patience on this issue! (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 6/12/2018 Summarize your bug Ok so i have done all the challenges and done all the letters but game keeps telling me i done 2 letters when i can clearly see 6/6 letters i have unlocked. Yet i still don't get the Tiger Skin reward plz fix this DICE. How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every BF V match that i start, 5-10 minutes in, i am disconnected. First I was getting issues with this error "Game Disconnected: You have lost the connection to the session." Last few attempts to play a single match through, i was getting bumped offline EA servers. "You have lost connection tot he EA Servers. Online features will be unavailable. Please try again. Please check ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information" Steps i've taken so far: Tried all setups from here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/#testconnection Restarted my home network Factory reset my router Run both origin.exe and originhelperservice.exe as admin Removed and re added local firewall ports for BF V Tried clean boot to run only essential Microsoft services. At at my wits end. What else can I do to improve this? Are EA Services still under maintenance?
