Unable enter game due to EA Anticheat update problem
Since the latest anticheat update (2025-12-12), I can't enter the game, for both BF1 and BF5. It first pops out the dialog says "need latest anticheat (115)". So I download the anticheat file, throught this link https://cdn.eaanticheat.ac.ea.com/EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe, and update it. After update, those 3 following files "EAAntiCheat.GameService.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe, preloader_s.dll" became to (2025-7-11) version. Then, i repair the game, the modified time of those 3 files under the game directory, "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe and preloader_l.dll" will became to the date of repair time. (that make sense i thought). But when i start the game, the anticheat or some other ea program, will reverse my latest "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe and preloader_l.dll" under the game directory back to the 2025-7-11 version, and change name of the latest "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe and preloader_l.dll" to "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll_b, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe_b and preloader_l.dll_b" Then the dialog says "need latest anticheat (115)" pops again and again. try several time. Using the keyboard causes the game to stutter. This never happened until a few days ago. Most keys are affected, some only cause a stutter on press, some on release, some on both press and release. This includes keys not bound to any actions in-game. Typing in chat is also affected. Even in the main menu pressing random keys produces stutters. Pressing keys whilst alt-tabbed out of the game (in borderless mode) does not produce stutters. Restarting the game seems to slightly change which keys are affected or by how much. Raw mouse inputs are not affected. Here is a short demonstration of the problem, with the in-game performance graph enabled: https://youtu.be/uzRvJ8LCeyk I've been playing since launch on the same hardware and I've never experienced anything like this before. This issue cropped up in the last few days despite absolutely no changes on my end, though on the 11th of this month I received updates for the EA Desktop launcher and the EA Javelin anti-cheat. When I played on the 10th this issue was definitely not present. I didn't play on the 11th and 12th but I still I launched the game to check some stuff in the main menu, and at the time for me this issue wasn't noticeable yet, if present at all. Considering the nature of the problem I suspect there is something wrong with the recent anti-cheat update. Judging by user reports found online, both on these forums here and elsewhere, the issue seems to affect all Battlefield games protected by Javelin (confirmed on Battlefield 1, Battlefield V, and Battlefield 6). I've tried disabling RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS) as suggested by some people and it reduced the severity of the stutters, but it did not get rid of them. I've also tried to power through the stutters and play for a few rounds to see if the issue would go away on its own, and so far the answer seems to be no. By the way my CPU is not maxing out when playing and I have GBs of RAM to spare. Excellent, Q&C again at EA. The only software not starting is Battlefield. BTF 5 "thinks" there is no display driver installed. Yet the regular December WHQL Radeon driver is installed on 7900XTX. And yes, other games start and work normally. Every time I try to join a server it says "connection to EA Online timed out. hi I'm playing BFV with my friends and over the past few days my game keep freezing and lagging while in the match. the stuttering remains for a few sec and while its happening FPS drops from 100 to 15 and game takes no input until I stop moving and wait a few sec. this keep happening randomly in different times. might be 10 sec , might be 2 min later. I tested this in both community and Dice servers. I asked around and a lot of my other friends have been experiencing the same problem. my ping stays the same throughout this experience. my pc is old (GTX1060 - i7-4970) but well within game requirements and i never had this problem before the recent updates. also my other friends with the same problem have very very better computers than me .(RTX-3060 or above) and still having the same problem so I know its not a problem with my PC. we are all lvl 500 and receive a lot of reports from the lower lvl players. ( i thought that to be the problem maybe) the only way we have found to fix this problem (sometimes works) is resetting the pc multiple times and trying to get back into the game each time to see if the problem still exist. pls fix this problem . thanks231Views5likes11Comments最新反作弊提示未安装

As the title says i'm looking for logs. I have encountered the unacceptable configuration detected 115 error in BF5 (PC EA app version). And i would like to know if there are logs from ea anti-cheat to research the problem. I would like to know what configuration is unacceptable. Running windows 11 Pro (legit) Played without problems 2 weeks ago. Now suddenly gives me the error. As far as i know not running any illegal software. I have regular AMD radeon software (adrenaline). Does anyone know if there are logs and where to find them. I hope they will give some answers. I did al the stuff from the forums. Update (Edited: 06-08-2025): Even BF6's open beta loads fine on the same PC—just 50 seconds from clicking "Play" to reaching the main menu. Update (Edited: 30-07-2025): Performed a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and the game still takes over two minutes to load. A friend of mine with a different setup is experiencing the same issue. I suspect the problem is related to the anti-cheat or the game itself. I’ve attached a screen recording to this forum post showing the problem, including an on-screen stopwatch and Task Manager for reference. Original Post: For EA Staff & Devs Bug Report ID: 6ad91d36-9f32-4e49-98f0-e1c42c510896 Help Case ID: #215668482 I recently updated the BIOS and Windows on my laptop. Everything seemed to be running smoothly—until I noticed that launching BF5 now takes significantly longer than it used to. Only BF5 is affected, I timed it with a stopwatch and the startup consistently takes around 2.5 minutes. The other games' load time from pressing play till it enters full-screen are: BF3 = 12 Seconds BF4 = 16 Seconds BF1 = 40 Seconds Issue description: After clicking Play in the EA App, the EA Anti-Cheat launches and initializes normally. Once the Anti-Cheat finishes, there's a 30-33 second delay before the game window appears. The game remains in small window and shows a black screen for another 50-60 seconds. Eventually, the game maximizes into a full-screen window and loads the title screen. Once fully open, the game runs fine, except it loads map extremely slowly as well. Here's what I've tried so far: Confirmed that Windows and NVIDIA drivers are fully up to date. Repaired, reinstalled, and cleared the cache for both the EA App and BF5. Ran both the EA App and BF5 with administrator privilege and in offline + clean boot. Ran both the EA App and BF5 on a different SSD, ensure SSD firmware are up to date. Performed a reinstall of the NVIDIA driver using DDU; cleared DirectX and NVIDIA GL caches. Reinstalled Windows using the "Fix problems with Windows Update" in-place upgrade. Reset BIOS to default settings, did a CMOS reset too. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue, and I’m starting to run out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions.
