Hello, I previously owned Battlefield V, but due to language settings issues, I was unable to use the game properly. As a result, I have repurchased the game on a different platform where the correct language is supported. I can't launch Battlefield V.
I launch Battlefield 5 normally, and the process goes smoothly. But after being in fullscreen for a while, it just freezes and crashes back to the desktop. The game closes too, and every time it crashes, three files get deleted. I have always been a COD player but Battlefield 6 looked appealing so I was going to jump ship. I figured I would play some previous BF games to get a feel for the gameplay. I preordered BF6 as well. Well none of your games will play on either of my gaming computers. BF 5 says failure to launch due to not having the latest version of EA anti cheat …. On a game I just downloaded come on now. I would just like my money back for BF 6 before I even try and fail to play it as well. I have been troubleshooting for more than 2 days now with no win in sight. The core gameplay is incredible and has so much potential, but the game has become nearly unplayable due to the overwhelming number of cheaters in every match — often multiple per game. It's extremely frustrating that after all these years, the anti-cheat system is still weak, and reports rarely lead to quick action. Many players, including myself, are constantly facing aimbots, wallhacks, and even fly hacks. It's ruining the experience. Please — if you're not updating the game anymore, at least consider adding better cheat detection, community server moderation, or open-source admin tools. Hello everyone, My EA account was recently banned for cheating in Battlefield V, and I'm desperately looking for a way to appeal this decision. The ban happened after I played at an internet cafe, and I can assure you that I did not use any cheats or violate any rules. My gaming session was actually quite frustrating due to unfamiliar peripherals and technical issues with the EA app, so there's no way I could have been cheating. The real problem is that I cannot get my appeal through to EA. I've tried multiple times on the EA Help website, but every time I try to submit the appeal, the system gives me an error message: “Appeal not submitted. case not created.” I've followed all the steps and read the guides on the EA Help page, but this seems to be a technical issue on their end, not a user error. There are also no options to contact a human representative directly about a ban. I've been a loyal fan of the Battlefield series for a long time, and I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by this experience.
