Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team
Hey football fans, If you aren't seeing your pre-order bonuses when logging into Ultimate Team, we've got a couple recommendations that might help. First, try backing out of CUT and then starting it back up. That may push the rewards through. You can also try entering the Challenges tile in the menu, then backing out to the main CUT menu. The rewards should come through after that. Truly enjoying playing CFB 26 and can't wait to see where it goes, but while playing Study Hall (where you have to Compete in a 10 game series against the CPU), where can you see your Wins/Progress? Every time I try to play any multiplayer game it just kicks me and says I’ve lost connection to peer. My internet is perfectly fine I can play any other multiplayer game expect this. So we can upgrade free Maurice Westmoreland to an 86. Great in theory. However, when I opened up the free pack with him in it, it gave me an error and now he isn’t in my binder at all. EA Customer support told me to post here in hopes of receiving my missing items. Pretty positive it won’t work but here goes nothing 🤷♂️. still missing my Crossover Haloti Ngata and Devin Hester. I have done all steps suggested by EA Support, uninstall and reinstall the game, sign into CFB ‘25 and back into CFB ‘26. Sign into CFB ‘25 and buy a pack then sign back into CFB ‘26. My friend and I have been playing alot of squads. I prefer to run the offense while he runs the defense. We currently get stuck in the black loading screen between the lobby matchmaking screen and the field/gameplay. After a week of troubleshooting this only seems to happen when I play offense and he plays defense. Oddly enough, the game loads just fine when we queue for trios. Myself as offense and him as defense. So why doesn't it work in duos? We have swapped our lineups around dozens of times. Going for the generate best lineup, removing players who play two secondary positions. We have both reinstalled fresh copies of the game, we don't run any extra apps, we communicate over discord on our PCs while we play on PS5 even. This is somewhat frustrating because we've both spent money on the game and to unlock new better players. The longer we are locked out the more devalued our cards become meaning we've wasted money on packs we can't even use. It's not a network issue since I can play the defense and he can play offense, it also works in trios just fine. The only thing that isn't the same from duos to trios is my friends team name, and stadiums. We've changed all of that around aside from the team name (will try that tonight) and haven't had any luck. It's been about a week and half of troubleshooting for us now and we haven't been able to lift this curse. I contacted the support line and while Alvin was very helpful, they didn't have a fix there. If anyone knows of any fixes please reach out! I've played maybe 15 tournaments so far, and three times now I've played the same user, [Removed - EA_Barry] and every time there's some sort of glitch once the player cards flash on screen at the beginning of the game. I get disconnected, and it takes me back to the lobby/join screen, and then after about 30ish minutes of waiting without anything happening, I get a pop and it says I lost. Two championships and one semi finals, and all 3 were the same user and the same kind of glitch. I haven't had it happen in any other capacity against any other user. Has anyone else faced this person? [Removed - EA_Barry] is the username. I think they're clearly cheating. If you are [Removed - EA_Barry], please clear this up. This only happens when I am in the CUT National Championship or Madden Bowl, but I am always winnings towards the end of the game and magically "lag out" while receiving a message that states my opponent is having connection issues. It would not let me add the video of what happened, but I added a few screenshots. If I could add the video, you would be able to see that there was no lag at all during the 3 minutes of gameplay. In this case, I was up 21-14 in the 3rd quarter of the CUT H2H Natty before the opponent almost threw a pick, putting himself in 3rd and long. Before another play is called I receive the message and get sent back to the main menu shortly after. I played 15 games prior and did not have a single connection issue leading up to this. I do not know if the opponent is lag switching, or what was going on, but this is extremely discouraging as someone who continues to spend money on these games every single year. Is there anywhere that I can look at another players game logs to see if he is accruing a lot of "lag out" victories, or a team I could reach out to so they can look into this? Very frustrating to have to make in game purchases, including a battle pass, in order to compete and end up losing like this. Not to mention, players are FORCED to take a post game survey about in-game connection following every few games. My opponent was [Removed - EA_Barry] on Playstation. Losing my mind over this. Just to give a little backstory, just to help further explain my issue. On July 7th, I first opened Ultimate Team and opened all the pre-order content and after obtaining players through all the pre-order packs, I was able to access the my lineup screen without any issues and was able to make any changes as needed. On July 8th however, once I obtained more cards after completing two games in the Solos (Freshman Season) game mode, I started to quick sell any extra cards that I didn't want to keep and was able to sell them without any issues. After I started to quick sell any cards, any time after this when I try to access my item binder or my lineup in any way imaginable I get kicked from that screen and receive an error code stating "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Lastly, I have tried restarting my console, deleting/reinstalling the game, and everything else possible to see if that would fix the issue and I have gotten nowhere. Hopefully someone is able to help me with this issue because its aggravating when I pre order the game to be able to play it earlier then everybody else only to incur an issue like this that prevents me from playing this game mode in its entirety.
