My email was hacked and deleted
My current email was hacked and deleted. I need to remove login verification. I deleted immediately my old email on Microsoft because it was hacked. I opened new mail address. When i try to login my EA account it ask me to mail login verification key. How can i change my mail address on my account. Please help me i change most of platform except discord and EA profile. I dont wanna lose EA account.
Account suspension
Hello I am in the need of dire assistance, on Monday 10 of February 2025 I received an unsolicited 240 suspension on my APEX LEGENDS account after a ranked game . The reason for my suspension “cheating/ the exploitation of the game” but I assure you I never committed any of these acts. I Appealed but I haven’t received any response back . I really need assistance and I’m hoping if there is any way I can get in contact with an EA official. I have spent a lot of time and money in apex and I really just need help and i don’t know what to do. If there is anyway I can somehow recover my account I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
Why Does EA’s Anti-Cheat Block Virtual Machines Like Shadow PC?
Dear EA Support, I hope at least one of you is an EA executive or forum moderator who can finally explain why EA’s anti-cheat system blocks virtual machines like Shadow PC. We pay for your services—many of us use EA Play Pro or purchase your games outright. While some people use cloud PCs for online gaming, not everyone does. I mostly play Manager Mode or Exhibition in EA Sports FC 24/25, with the occasional Champions League fixture test. Despite this, EA’s anti-cheat blocks me completely, even for single-player modes. This issue is not just with EA Sports FC. The same problem exists for Battlefield 2042, Madden, and every modern EA game. Your anti-cheat makes these games completely unplayable on Shadow PC and other cloud platforms. So tell me, why is EA blocking virtual machines? What is the justification for banning people from playing single-player modes in the games they legally own? And don’t just tell me, “The only solution is to buy a new PC.” That is not an acceptable response. Not everyone has the ability to upgrade, and Shadow PC was supposed to be a solution for players who can’t buy high-end gaming PCs. But instead of allowing us to legitimately play the games we paid for, you’ve chosen to block us entirely. Why? Why is EA enforcing this restriction? Why are virtual machines blocked across all modern EA titles? I hope to get an actual explanation soon.
Invisible babies Sims 3
So I recently had a baby and it was all good through the pregnancy. As soon as the baby was born it was deformed. I then delete specific cc I thought was effecting it. I join back into the game, good news the baby is no longer deformed but is now invisible. I try to reset the baby and it didn’t work. So I exit the game and make it so the game isn’t running any cc. My baby is still invisible and I can’t fix it. Anyone know how to help? #sims3Why can't I successfully send a dispute email to EA?

Reset Code
I’ve been trying to reset my password to my original EA account with no avail. The email used is an old yahoo one & for some reason no emails are coming through. I’ve contacted yahoo support & they were no help whatsoever, I’ve contacted EA support & they say the same thing every time, that I have to reset my password to reinstate my account or just make a whole new EA account which I didn’t want to do because I purchased a digital game through my original EA account. I feel like it’s ridiculous that they disable your account after a time of no use, I’ve never heard of that. I have access to my yahoo email but the reset code email won’t go through, it never shows up on my account. Wish you can add a separate email that does let emails go through. Anyone else have this problem? I just want my old account back.
Problem while setting up account for EA Affiliate Program
Hi! I was accepted into the affiliate program and during the process of setting up my profile I had to leave the tab open for a few hours because I had other problems. When I came back to continue when I reloaded the page I got a 500 error, after the next reload I just got a blank page with headings (on picture i add) which do not react to my clicks in any way. I do not know what to do
