Game stuck in the loading screen
Yesterday I updated the game and played a division rival match then the game crashed and when I tried to relogin it stuck in the loading screen, I checked my internet connection, it was absolutely fine, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice but i am facing the same issue, I waited for an hour just watching the loading screen in hope that it will go through to the game but it didn't, and when i searched it i found that there are a lot people who are facing this problem, and i hope you'll fix it quickly.

My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. After the new update of EA FC mobile i started to play the game. Finished the total "Kick Off" chapter of beginner, intermediate, expert and with that unlocked the vs attack and h2h mode. But when i came back to home screen and tried to play the Vs attack mode..it kept saying i have to complete kick off mode intermediate part which i already completed as i told. Now i cant play the Vs attack or h2h mode its locked. I already re install the game and yet it didnt change a thing! What is the sollution now?
