Focused bug report thread
Hi folks. We're putting together a focused bug report thread to help gather any bugs you may encounter when playing the game. Please keep to bugs here, and not general discussion, and if you have PC performance issues please check this thread instead. The following template may be helpful for gathering the relevant data, but please be as detailed as possible, and include any info that may be relevant for replicating the issue. Clips and pictures are welcome. Platform PSN/Gamertag/Steam/EA Id. Please provide your teammates' ID if possible. Where in the gameworld did the issue occur? If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? When did this happen? Please include timezone How often does the bug occur? What happens when the bug occurs? What should be happening instead? Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
My game won't work?
I just downloaded the game and ever time I open it the ea and maxis logos show up then a black screen with music shows up. The game is playing the screen is just black, I can't see any thing. I don't understand. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. Please help, thanks!
PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned elsewhere. If you run into an issue with these or others, I copied the bug report template for your convenience. Can yall please fill out as much as you can on this one so that the CMS has the info they need? From my own understanding of trophies, if you are in a session with someone else, you don't get that trophy unless the sessions started with you and not the other players. During your hunts in Azuma, Wild Hearts offers the option of providing Co-Op Progression. These game settings are found in the Online section from the Overall tab under Settings; navigate to Guest Story Progression to Enable. When this option is enabled, you'll progress through the story during online play as long as your own story progression as a guest matches that of the host. Please keep in mind that the only way to progress with others is if you both are at the same point in the game's story, otherwise, you'll be able to still hunt together and join each other but it will not combine any story progression completions. It may be worth checking to make sure that if you are using this feature and not seeing your Trophy's that you're both on at the same point in the story to earn that completion. A Rocket for a Code!
Greetings to all Rocketeers and those who want to be! As you all know, yesterday was the big day: Rocket Arena Season 1 started and brought a lot of new, cool things to the game! 🚀 To mark the occasion, we wanted to make it easier for you to connect with your friends, get them into the arena with you, play together, and simply have a blast (pun intended)! 🙂 So, what exactly does that mean? Starting today, we will give away 150 Rocket Arena codes in total - 50 per Platform (PC, Xbox, PS4) - here on Answers HQ. *Please note that the PS4 codes are NA only. Update: Unfortunately, there are no PC codes left. This means that you can jump into the game yourself or - if you are already a rocketeer and still looking for the right teammates - can get your friends to join you and jump into the next 3v3 match together. Unable to Connect to the EA Servers - Result Code 401-6e (PC/Steam)
Hi, ever since the latest update I have been unable to play It Takes Two (Steam PC Version). I have bought and had this copy since 2022 and was playing it just fine two weeks ago. However, now I keep getting: "Unable to Connect to the EA Servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Result Code: 401-6e". The screenshot of this error can be found attached to this post too. Things I have tried: 1. Flushing my DNS 2. Allowing the game through firewall / disabling firewall 3. Restarted in Safe Mode to check to no avail 4. Repaired the game on Steam 5. Cleared the Cache on EA Client via App Recovery section twice 6. Cleared my Temp folder 7. Turned off my router, waited 2 minutes and turned it back on 8. Changed my DNS to both automatic and 8888+8811 (tried both ways) 9. Changing my EA Account password (saw a forum post relating to this that fixed other EA games) 10. Run as administrator 11. Unlinking my Steam from one EA account and linking it to another 12. Tried running the Friend's Pass version to no avail 13. Syncing my clock to Time server: time.windows.com 14. Called up my internet provider to refresh ISP 15. Reinstalled the game 16. Reinstalled the EA Client Any help would be greatly appreciated as my partner and I have tried everything we could browsing everywhere online for solutions. Thank you.no response after clicking play button without error message.
I clicked Play button but no response, and back to ea app and clicking play again.. and it doesn't end.. How can I solve this situation? re-installed 5 times (both ea app and wild hearts) so please don't tell me reinstall / reboot computer.
It Takes Two - Friend not receiving my invite
Both me and my friend have played this game before on Steam when Origin was still used and we never had an issue. But now that it's using the EA launcher, I am unable to invite him. I own the game and he uses the Friend's Pass version. We have tried multiple solutions found online yet nothing works, and neither of us have "Nahimic Services" nor "Rivatuner" which seemed to be causing this issue for other players. To describe the issue, we'd both launch our games and I would press "Invite friend" as I've previously done, then my friends list would pop on my screen and I'd invite my friend and would see "Invite sent" at the bottom right corner of my screen, but that's about it. Nothing happens on his end no matter how many times I try again. We've been trying to fix it for the past hour he still can't receive my invite, even tried uninstalling the EA app and installing it again, still nothing. (previously I was able to invite him the same way through Origin and he'd receive my invite and we'd be able to play with no issue). Please helpUnder garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?
Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes even through the armor. Is this intended? If it's not, it should be an easy fix. Pretty much every game has undergarments showing as part of the nude character skin, but it's turned off as soon as an armor piece is placed in that slot. Please fix so I can glam properly.
