Error or Bug in mi progress in Wild Hearts AGAIN!!!
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? It's happened to me before, and the only way to fix it is to restart a game. This would be my second time, and I don't want to do that. Cold Potato Achievement not unlocking
My friend and I played through the Game Show side story and got through it without the bomb exploding, and the achievement only unlocked for him. We then did it again with me being the host and traded characters, but the achievement still won't unlock for me. Has anyone figured out the issue with this achievement? Is this a bug, or did we do something wrong? All the other achievements were unlocked perfectly fine, so this is the only one that is missing.
Split Fiction unable to join game session
I am unable able to join game session when playing via friend pass for split fiction, it keeps loading and then says that I am unable to join the game session due to lost connection. I was previously able to play together via the friend pass for split fiction without any issues but now we cannot join each others session. Please assist.It takes two - lost all savings on xbox series x
Hi everyone, is there a way to have all the chapters of the game unlocked? I was playing with my nephew and, somehow, after several hours of gameplay, the game deleted the save file. Is there any method to get back to the point we lost? Unfortunately, I can’t replay everything to get back there. Any ideas?World not loading / Visual Glitches (Split Fiction)
Hi, we're experiencing severe visual problems which make the game impossible to play, except for the first chapter. It could be some kind of shader issue. We're not able to really move, just some camera movement and sounds are working. We were able to play the game past chapter 1 before, but after taking a break for a week or two, the game no longer works. (Maybe a recent update?) Any checkpoints we try to load, the visuals are completly broken. (see screenshot). Then tried to fix it by installing the newest graphics driver for my GTX 970 (I'm aware it's on the low end of supported graphics cards, but it worked before just fine), after installing the newest drivers the shaders got recalculated for longer than usual on launch, but the issue persists. Also tried lowering various settings, lowering resolution etc. Tried verifying integrity with Steam too, and all files verified successfully. Screenshot 1 is from "Big City life" checkpoint. Some other levels are just a black screen, others are with broken visuals like the screenshot. Music is playing, the only thing that moves on screen are the UI character position indicators, (UI in general works), also seem to be constantly falling. Basically it seems to me like the levels don't load correctly, (it doesn't take enough time to load either, but even if I wait, it doesn't fix itself). What however works is the menu level, and all the "Rader Publishing" levels, the intro cutscene works, etc."Failed to open descriptor file '../../Haze1.uproject' when launching A Way Out
Hi, I'm having a problem launching A Way Out on PC. When I try to start the game, either from steam or the EA App, i get the following error (in the image attached). I've already tried verifying game files in Steam, reinstalling the game, clearing the EA App cache, and even reinstalling the EA app itself. The game still won't launch, there is no .exe file in the game folder, just development files like Haze1.uproject. I purchased the game on steam, my steam and EA are correctly linked. I contacted EA Support, but i'm still stuck. Could someone please help me get the game working, so I can play? Thanks in advance!I lost all my progress!
The first time I played Wild Hearts was through the Xbox Game Pass. Over 40 hours of play. Yesterday I bought the game on Steam, which is linked to EA and Xbox. When I started the game, I had all my progress... then when I left for a while and came back in, it was gone. The main menu of the game shows me 1 saved game with 0h and 0seg of play. When I started that game, it kicks me out of the game. I want to try deleting the data I have locally, but I don't know how. Also, surely my progress is saved on some EA Xbox server and possibly on Steam since it has cross-progress. Does anyone know about this? :C Now I can't even playSplit Fiction Asks for PS Plus Even Though I Have It.
Hi everyone, I’m having trouble playing Split Fiction online on my PlayStation, even though I already have an active PlayStation Plus subscription. Every time I try to join my friend (who’s on PC), the game tells me I need to buy a PlayStation Plus pass, even though it’s active on my account. I’ve already Checked that I’m using the correct PSN account (the one with PS Plus) Activated my console as the primary one Restored licenses and restarted the console Tried playing other online games (they work fine) Reinstalled the game and verified my EA account is linked Still, Split Fiction won’t let me play online. Hello, Me and my husband have been loving playing this game. Unfortunately, we have encountered a glitch in Mio's subconscious. When we're fighting the robots with Mio in the drone and Zoe on the ground, the cores don't open for Mio to shoot them. The dialog Zoe shouts seems to suggest SHE thinks it's open, but it's not. We tried relaunching multiple times, even replaying the level. Nothing has worked. I've attached a video of the bug.
A Way Out - Trouble Connecting to Servers
Me and my boyfriend have played It Takes Two on Steam and everything was great. But when trying to play A Way Out, we were required to connect our steam platform to the EA and play the game through there, even though we bought it on Steam. Now, while trying to play it keeps kicking us out saying that the other playing is not responding and the session will close. I don’t know what the issue is but we’re both connected with Ethernet and we have never had issues playing online. By reading the forums I understand we’re not the only ones. What should we do to fix this issue? We really want to play the game.
Split Fiction Friend Pass Fatal Error
Hi, My girlfriend and I are trying to play Split Fiction, but she keeps receiving a "Fatal Error" about 2-5 minutes into playing the game. We're both playing on PC through steam and have tried everything including the following: Verifying game files Updating drivers dx11, 12, etc. in the launch options turning graphic settings to low Optimizing on Nvidia app for performance Restarting PC We're really out of ideas here and are wondering if there's any way someone could help diagnose the problem for us. She's playing on the Friend's Pass version through my fully owned copy. Her specs are below: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Geforce 2060 16 GB RAM Please help us!!! It's coming up on 2 months since I downloaded SF from a pre-order and I still can't get it to play. I've done everything suggested in forum posts including game update to 1.40, reinstall multiple times, cache wipe multiple times, full system wipe and reinstall, and then just patiently waiting for a patch that I'm starting to think won't come. Just tried to play again today and it lasted about ten minutes before a jarring instant power-off with full system shutdown and controllers that remained on and unresponsive. My question for EA or Hazelight or community managers or whoever is: is this even being investigated? Or should I just try to get a refund?Split Fiction PC bug - Neon Revenge
Hello, We are playing Split Fiction locally via Steam (Windows 11). At the beginning of Neon Revenge, in the moment depicted by the attached screenshot, Zoe's gravity whip does not impact the target after jumping or double jumping. We've tried many times, and we've watched multiple video walkthroughs of the mission, where the whip easily snaps to the target. Not in our case, so we believe it's a weird and frustrating bug. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
Split Fiction Bug - Boss Doesn't Recognize Input
We are near a place where you must mash Y to defeat evil Mio before she wrestles away a sword from Zoe. But the input for that action is not recognized at all. We even went back and played the whole chapter and defeated her on the main circle area again, but then got stuck at the same place. We tried setting the options to allow for only holding Y rather than mashing it repeatedly, but still at that is not recognized. At the moment when we are needing to hold Y, the input does nothing and the boss wins. We also tried setting the accessibility option to "automatically proceed" on these mash prompts. No success there either. We cannot proceed. My friend just just bought this game, i'm on PC, EU, windows 11. I've time they invite me it says authenticating and then "unable to connect to EA servers" i've changed ipv6, ipv4, i've made sure we are on the same connection. I've flushed dns, winsock resets, i've reset my own connection, changed DNS multiple times, nothing work. Please help or refund.Bug Report – Frozen Pendulum (Stuck in Mid-Air)
I encountered a bug in the game where the swinging pendulum (the one with the orange texture and glowing outline) becomes completely frozen in mid-air and does not move anymore. It seems to have gotten stuck after a swing and no longer responds or resets. I've attached a screenshot showing the issue. This prevents progression through the level since the pendulum is required to reach the next platform.
Circus level it takes two
Hello, I'm playing It Takes Two with my girlfriend, but when I get to the beginning of the Circus level, the ball that's supposed to fall into the rail refuses to move. I've tried everything: repairing the game, uninstalling, and restarting the previous level, but without success each time. Do you have any ideas to solve the problem? For info i playing on the ea luncher and my girlfriend use the friends pass (I tried it locally and the issue is the same)
