WILD HEART BUG ERROR I bought the game — WILD HEART — and it only lets me access the main menu and the cinematic. But as soon as I start playing with the character, the game crashes and EA shows an error message saying to "try again later." I’ve been trying for weeks, and it's not a graphics issue or anything like that. I contacted support and followed all the steps they gave me, but nothing resolved the issue. In the end, they said the team would review it as a new unknown bug — and now I’m left empty-handed, without a fix, without a new key, just with the absurd hope that one day they’ll contact me and fix it. In the meantime, they suggested I post about the issue on the forum so that the team takes this situation seriously. What do you think… I play with an Intel i9-14700, RTX 4070, and 32GB of RAM. I run any AAA title flawlessly, and I have 11 games installed from EA — WILD HEART is the only one that crashes. We have killed the boss and then went up the ladder. Then jumped back to the platform and ended up dying on the conveyor belt. Then I spawn on the conveyor belt and die instantly, again spawn on the conveyor belt and die in loop. Can’t play further. A couple months ago I completed the game on Xbox Cloud gaming. And I wanted to play on the PS5 with a new account. So I bought the game and started a new file, but I've got stuck on the mision to hunt the Kingtusk before going to Minato. In the middle of the hunt the game just freeze for a couple seconds and then crashes out, after many attempts I finally hunt it down, went to Minato and after the cinematic I dicided to go hunt more Kemonos, but now I'm having the same problem with the Fumebeak and all the others on the Natsukodachi Island. I don't know what to do I tried everything restoring the licenses, clearing the PS5 cache, restoring the PS5 storage, uninstalling and installing the game, log out and in of the PS, I even tried everything together and still crashes. Literally now I have encountered a mistake: the second player does not answer. After about 15 minutes, this error flies out from above in the middle of the screen and the game flies away, they say a bad connection. What can this mistake be related to and how to fix it? Before that (about a year ago) I played, everything was fine.
Split Fiction: audio is extremely quiet
the only sound that's audible in this game is the opening advertisement showing the EA/Unreal/etc logos. everything after that is quiet, despite my volume sliders all being at 10. my computer volume is quiet high as well. some other odd things I've noticed: 3D audio is enabled with no way to disable it (no idea what that is), I can't enable streamer mode (not that I'd want to, but in other games I'm free to enable/disable streamer mode as I wish), and the volume dynamic range is set to cinematic with no way to change that either.The game won't launch
I've bought the game from Steam, but when I try to launch the game, it starts to launch and then crashes. I don't have any error messages or something, the game just doesn't launch. I've tried a lot of troubleshooting online and in the help center, but nothing worked. i bought the game and i already played half of the game with my friend. One day i opened the game and it says to me purchase the game which i cannot buy. I am not sure what happened but I played the game and heard it just fine. Then all of a sudden I heard no audio. When I played with my boyfriend I had the issue but I somehow fixed it. This time, I am playing with my brother and I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong. It's not my pc since I can hear the other games I played but I do not understand how my brother can play with audio and mine does not work.[Split Fiction Bug] Stuck on loading screen
To preface, I play Split Fiction on steam deck. I played the game a couple of weeks ago with no issues. But today I tried playing and got to character select and invited my wife to the game, we selected our characters and hit play, then our game got stuck on the loading screen. After restarting the game, every time I launch it now it gets stuck on the loading screen right after the opening splash screens. I have verified game files twice, reinstalled the game, tried changing my proton versions from default to experimental, and nothing has fixed it. As I was typing this post I was letting the game sit on the loading screen, and after about ten minutes it finally loaded to the main menu. I was curious to see if the issue was fixed so I closed the game and a window popped up that said "Fatal Error", then I re-launched the game and the splash screens played and it has now been sitting on a black screen for 5 minutes now. I don't normally post on forums but I've tried everything I can think of to fix this issue and nothing has worked, it's very rare that my wife wants to play video games and we've been trying to get this to work for an hour and a half and I'm incredibly frustrated at this point
Stuck on the train
Hi you’all, we are so frustrated because we tried passing the train that connects the grratest show to the castle? we are playing on sony playstation 5, pressing the rectangle fast, together, not together , tried maybe 40 times and still stuck. Is this a glitch? What should be done? thanks a lot!
Error or Bug in mi progress in Wild Hearts AGAIN!!!
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? It's happened to me before, and the only way to fix it is to restart a game. This would be my second time, and I don't want to do that. I've saved 36 hours in that save, and the previous one was 50 hours. What's next? Should I delete my progress every 20 hours? https://youtu.be/1xovmZlsG7Y
Cold Potato Achievement not unlocking
My friend and I played through the Game Show side story and got through it without the bomb exploding, and the achievement only unlocked for him. We then did it again with me being the host and traded characters, but the achievement still won't unlock for me. Has anyone figured out the issue with this achievement? Is this a bug, or did we do something wrong? All the other achievements were unlocked perfectly fine, so this is the only one that is missing.It takes two - lost all savings on xbox series x
Hi everyone, is there a way to have all the chapters of the game unlocked? I was playing with my nephew and, somehow, after several hours of gameplay, the game deleted the save file. Is there any method to get back to the point we lost? Unfortunately, I can’t replay everything to get back there. Any ideas?World not loading / Visual Glitches (Split Fiction)
Hi, we're experiencing severe visual problems which make the game impossible to play, except for the first chapter. It could be some kind of shader issue. We're not able to really move, just some camera movement and sounds are working. We were able to play the game past chapter 1 before, but after taking a break for a week or two, the game no longer works. (Maybe a recent update?) Any checkpoints we try to load, the visuals are completly broken. (see screenshot). Then tried to fix it by installing the newest graphics driver for my GTX 970 (I'm aware it's on the low end of supported graphics cards, but it worked before just fine), after installing the newest drivers the shaders got recalculated for longer than usual on launch, but the issue persists. Also tried lowering various settings, lowering resolution etc. Tried verifying integrity with Steam too, and all files verified successfully. Screenshot 1 is from "Big City life" checkpoint. Some other levels are just a black screen, others are with broken visuals like the screenshot. Music is playing, the only thing that moves on screen are the UI character position indicators, (UI in general works), also seem to be constantly falling. Basically it seems to me like the levels don't load correctly, (it doesn't take enough time to load either, but even if I wait, it doesn't fix itself). What however works is the menu level, and all the "Rader Publishing" levels, the intro cutscene works, etc.
