Split fiction not available on EA Play Pro
I have been using ea play pro, sollely for Ea original titles like ea fc and battlefield. Although when i check the store page, for the first time it says Split Fiction is not available on Ea Play Pro. What is the reason behind this move? Can't link xbox account to ea account due to an unknown ea account
I'm trying to link my xbox account to my ea account but it says my xbox account is linked to another account but I don't recognize the email at all. In fact, it looks like an EA email? My son somehow added his PSN account to my EA account an I'm unable to unlink it. I have gone to the connection tab and it shows both accounts but no unlink tab present. The only issue we have, right now, is it links him to my APEX Legends account. How am I able to unlink his PSN account from my EA and link his PSN to a different EA account? My Steam account got hacked so hacker also accessed my ea account
My Steam account was hacked, and the hacker accessed my EA account through it. I’m not sure how they managed to change my email address, but with the help of the support team, I was able to recover my account. However, I later realized that my account had been banned. "It Takes Two" stuck in Trial despite EA Play Pass (Steam)
I purchased an EA play pass through Steam and downloaded and played "It Takes Two". A few levels, I hit a message that the limit of the trial was reached. I created an EA sports account which was automatically linked to Steam. Logging onto EA sports I can see that it has linekd there. However, the game still shows up as in trail version. It Takes Two Friend's Pass Banned
I'm in a really baffling situation here and could truly use some advice or guidance from anyone who might have experienced something similar. Up until recently, I've never played any game published by EA, nor have I owned one. However, my friend has It Takes Two, and we were excited to play it together using the Friend's Pass on Steam, a feature that seemingly allows two people to play together even if only one owns the game. Here's where things started getting strange: After downloading It Takes Two, the game prompted me to create an EA account to proceed. I obliged and set one up without any issues, or so I thought. The next time I tried to log in, I was greeted with a message informing me that my account has been banned. Confused, I checked for a reason behind the ban, only to find that the ban reason field was blank - no explanation whatsoever. I tried to object to the ban, but found that I couldn't fill out the form.Having never played an EA game or engaged in any activities that could possibly breach their policies , I'm at a loss for what could've triggered this. Has anyone here gone through something similar? Could there be a reason behind this that I'm not seeing? It's especially frustrating because the promise of being able to play It Takes Two with just one copy was a major draw for us, and now, not only am I unjustly banned for reasons unknown, but I can't even unlink my EA account from my Steam account to attempt any sort of workaround. I'm just trying to understand this situation better and ideally find a way to play a game I was genuinely looking forward to experiencing with a friend. this only happens to me when i want to open the ultimate team section. at its loading it suddenly crashes out of the game and gives me an error code (CE - 34878 - 0 ).
