Error or Bug in mi progress in Wild Hearts AGAIN!!!
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? It's happened to me before, and the only way to fix it is to restart a game. This would be my second time, and I don't want to do that. I've saved 36 hours in that save, and the previous one was 50 hours. What's next? Should I delete my progress every 20 hours? https://youtu.be/1xovmZlsG7Y
Cold Potato Achievement not unlocking
My friend and I played through the Game Show side story and got through it without the bomb exploding, and the achievement only unlocked for him. We then did it again with me being the host and traded characters, but the achievement still won't unlock for me. Has anyone figured out the issue with this achievement? Is this a bug, or did we do something wrong? All the other achievements were unlocked perfectly fine, so this is the only one that is missing.
Split Fiction unable to join game session
I am unable able to join game session when playing via friend pass for split fiction, it keeps loading and then says that I am unable to join the game session due to lost connection. I was previously able to play together via the friend pass for split fiction without any issues but now we cannot join each others session. Please assist.A way out - Invalid license. Hello everyone, I bought "A Way Out" via Steam over on year ago. I played for few hour long time ago but now I'm back to continue whe I launch the game, I get the following error: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll] Error: 0x7E I am on a fresh installation of Windows 11, on recent hardware, completely up-to-date via Windows Update. It looks like a EA bug. Steam doesn't want to refund my game and sends me to EA for a fix. However, I can't reach EA. Anybody knows a solution in this case or I have to give it up? Hi everyone, is there a way to have all the chapters of the game unlocked? I was playing with my nephew and, somehow, after several hours of gameplay, the game deleted the save file. Is there any method to get back to the point we lost? Unfortunately, I can’t replay everything to get back there. Any ideas?World not loading / Visual Glitches (Split Fiction)
Hi, we're experiencing severe visual problems which make the game impossible to play, except for the first chapter. It could be some kind of shader issue. We're not able to really move, just some camera movement and sounds are working. We were able to play the game past chapter 1 before, but after taking a break for a week or two, the game no longer works. (Maybe a recent update?) Any checkpoints we try to load, the visuals are completly broken. (see screenshot). Then tried to fix it by installing the newest graphics driver for my GTX 970 (I'm aware it's on the low end of supported graphics cards, but it worked before just fine), after installing the newest drivers the shaders got recalculated for longer than usual on launch, but the issue persists. Also tried lowering various settings, lowering resolution etc. Tried verifying integrity with Steam too, and all files verified successfully. Screenshot 1 is from "Big City life" checkpoint. Some other levels are just a black screen, others are with broken visuals like the screenshot. Music is playing, the only thing that moves on screen are the UI character position indicators, (UI in general works), also seem to be constantly falling. Basically it seems to me like the levels don't load correctly, (it doesn't take enough time to load either, but even if I wait, it doesn't fix itself). What however works is the menu level, and all the "Rader Publishing" levels, the intro cutscene works, etc."Failed to open descriptor file '../../Haze1.uproject' when launching A Way Out
Hi, I'm having a problem launching A Way Out on PC. When I try to start the game, either from steam or the EA App, i get the following error (in the image attached). I've already tried verifying game files in Steam, reinstalling the game, clearing the EA App cache, and even reinstalling the EA app itself. The game still won't launch, there is no .exe file in the game folder, just development files like Haze1.uproject. I purchased the game on steam, my steam and EA are correctly linked. I contacted EA Support, but i'm still stuck. Could someone please help me get the game working, so I can play? Thanks in advance!I lost all my progress!
The first time I played Wild Hearts was through the Xbox Game Pass. Over 40 hours of play. Yesterday I bought the game on Steam, which is linked to EA and Xbox. When I started the game, I had all my progress... then when I left for a while and came back in, it was gone. The main menu of the game shows me 1 saved game with 0h and 0seg of play. When I started that game, it kicks me out of the game. I want to try deleting the data I have locally, but I don't know how. Also, surely my progress is saved on some EA Xbox server and possibly on Steam since it has cross-progress. Does anyone know about this? :C Now I can't even play
EA App makes all my EA games stutter at really low framerates.
I own "A Way Out" and "It Takes Two" on steam but it has to go through the broken EA App. It uses to work but for some reason all the games that run through the EA app stutter like crazy and are unbearably slow. All other games on my pc work through steam. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App and both of the games and it still happens. The only common factor here is the EA app.
Cannot connect to EA server (Steam)
I bought A WAY OUT to myself and my friend to play together, but every time we attempt to play online we get an error: Unable to Connect to EA Servers Unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your network connection or try again later. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. I have tried everything behind the link and none of it work. I run Windows 11, EA app is connected to my steam and my xbox and my microsoft account. I have given it and the EA app permission to get trough firewall. I have no issue connecting online on any other steam game, only this one. I bought A Way Out trough steam, so in in the EA app the game has a little "Steam" the on the game image. If I can't play this with my friend online I want ty money back. Why is playing your games so difficult?Split Fiction Asks for PS Plus Even Though I Have It.
Hi everyone, I’m having trouble playing Split Fiction online on my PlayStation, even though I already have an active PlayStation Plus subscription. Every time I try to join my friend (who’s on PC), the game tells me I need to buy a PlayStation Plus pass, even though it’s active on my account. I’ve already Checked that I’m using the correct PSN account (the one with PS Plus) Activated my console as the primary one Restored licenses and restarted the console Tried playing other online games (they work fine) Reinstalled the game and verified my EA account is linked Still, Split Fiction won’t let me play online. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?Thanks in advance!
A Way Out Friend Pass
Hello, i want to buy A Way Out to play it online with my friend, but I expect only one of us to pay for the game like we did on it takes two, one bought the game, the other only downloaded the Friend's Pass, i saw online that was a version of the way out friend pass, but i can't find it and also i've seen on the internet even if both of us buy the game still will be issues "I have exactly the same issue with a friend. But he can't even start the game. I even bought it now for him, because I thought the friends pass does not work. It just loads for short and does not open up at all. His pc is not too bad or anything. He gets my invites, the game acts like its going to open and then just nothing happens.. any idea how to fix that?" Have a nice day.Glitch in Split Fiction
Hello, Me and my husband have been loving playing this game. Unfortunately, we have encountered a glitch in Mio's subconscious. When we're fighting the robots with Mio in the drone and Zoe on the ground, the cores don't open for Mio to shoot them. The dialog Zoe shouts seems to suggest SHE thinks it's open, but it's not. We tried relaunching multiple times, even replaying the level. Nothing has worked. I've attached a video of the bug.
A Way Out - Trouble Connecting to Servers
Me and my boyfriend have played It Takes Two on Steam and everything was great. But when trying to play A Way Out, we were required to connect our steam platform to the EA and play the game through there, even though we bought it on Steam. Now, while trying to play it keeps kicking us out saying that the other playing is not responding and the session will close. I don’t know what the issue is but we’re both connected with Ethernet and we have never had issues playing online. By reading the forums I understand we’re not the only ones. I'm getting the following error: The UE-Split Game has crashed and will close Fatal error! GPU Crash dump Triggered We've tried most of the commonly suggested troubleshooting steps from the community (such as updating drivers, verifying game files, lowering graphics settings, etc.), but unfortunately nothing has helped so far. Any advice or ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
It takes two connection troubles
I've been frustrated with this issue that I've been encountering wIth It Takes Two when trying to play online with my brother. We are both on PC and I have EA Play and he's using friend pass. Initially when booting up the game for the first time we had no problems but when we tried to play again the next day when I invited him it took a while to load on his side and eventually tells him that the player has left the session when I am still in that session. This has been super frustrating as we have tried over multiple weeks to find a solution from verifying game files, reinstall the game, moving the game to a different drive, switching between launching the game on steam vs EA, deleting appdata files but nothing works, thus was done on both PCs. There was only once it worked after I reinstalled the game but after a couple of hours we disconnected and the issue persisted. Another thing we tried after giving up on it takes two was to try and play the other Hazelight game, A Way Out, to still have the same issue in the other game. We don't have connection issues on any other game we play together online so it seems to be an underlying issue related to these game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
