Can't link my account
Hey everyone , I am trying to link my Psn to my ea account , but when I try it just says it is already linked to an email address which is not mine. I do not know how to fix this since it says I need to login to that email to delete it but because it isn't my email that is even linked to my account I do not know what to do. I am just a retired army vet trying to play battlefield with my friends but , now I can't play any EA games online. Any help is appreciated

WILD HEART BUG ERROR I bought the game — WILD HEART — and it only lets me access the main menu and the cinematic. But as soon as I start playing with the character, the game crashes and EA shows an error message saying to "try again later." I’ve been trying for weeks, and it's not a graphics issue or anything like that. I contacted support and followed all the steps they gave me, but nothing resolved the issue. In the end, they said the team would review it as a new unknown bug — and now I’m left empty-handed, without a fix, without a new key, just with the absurd hope that one day they’ll contact me and fix it. In the meantime, they suggested I post about the issue on the forum so that the team takes this situation seriously. What do you think… I play with an Intel i9-14700, RTX 4070, and 32GB of RAM. I run any AAA title flawlessly, and I have 11 games installed from EA — WILD HEART is the only one that crashes. We have killed the boss and then went up the ladder. Then jumped back to the platform and ended up dying on the conveyor belt. Then I spawn on the conveyor belt and die instantly, again spawn on the conveyor belt and die in loop. Can’t play further. A couple months ago I completed the game on Xbox Cloud gaming. And I wanted to play on the PS5 with a new account. So I bought the game and started a new file, but I've got stuck on the mision to hunt the Kingtusk before going to Minato. In the middle of the hunt the game just freeze for a couple seconds and then crashes out, after many attempts I finally hunt it down, went to Minato and after the cinematic I dicided to go hunt more Kemonos, but now I'm having the same problem with the Fumebeak and all the others on the Natsukodachi Island. I don't know what to do I tried everything restoring the licenses, clearing the PS5 cache, restoring the PS5 storage, uninstalling and installing the game, log out and in of the PS, I even tried everything together and still crashes. I could really use some help. I also made a post on the Wild Hearts Reddit.
A Way Out wont launch (Steam)
I purchased A Way Out and have played it on my pc before although recently when trying to play the game I am unable to launch the game as seen in the video. Steam attempts to launch and an ea pop-up shows preparing game and the steam validates the game files and then nothing happens. I have uninstalled the game, the ea app, steam, verified the game files integrity, performed an app recovery on the ea app and through the game files, I have run the system file checker tool, as well as completed a clean boot and I attempted to run just the client and the game. I have also tried running steam and ea as admin and then attempted to run the game with the same results. I have also checked to see if there were other applications limiting this.Mindboggling issue letting my 10 year old use friends pass
I bought this game to play with my son - he is 10. He has a PS child account which is restricted to teen. When starting the friends pass he can't get past the logging into EA. Because even though he now has an EA child account I can't link his PS account to his EA account. He has an independent PS subscription meaning that it is not shared with me. It is absolutely absurd. Hello EA Support, I installed Unravel Two on PlayStation, but the game stops at the “Press any button” screen and doesn’t respond at all. I tried restarting the console, reinstalling the game, using different controllers, and even waited a long time—but nothing works. Please help me fix this or advise what I can do. I sincerely hope that EA will incorporate more enjoyable games, as there are currently very few multiplayer games available on EA. The options for couples to play multiplayer games on this platform are exceedingly limited! There are many multiplayer games available on Steam and XBOX that are not present on EA. I kindly request that these be included in the EA platform. Thank you!😁The second player does not answer
Literally now I have encountered a mistake: the second player does not answer. After about 15 minutes, this error flies out from above in the middle of the screen and the game flies away, they say a bad connection. What can this mistake be related to and how to fix it? Before that (about a year ago) I played, everything was fine.
Split Fiction: audio is extremely quiet
the only sound that's audible in this game is the opening advertisement showing the EA/Unreal/etc logos. everything after that is quiet, despite my volume sliders all being at 10. my computer volume is quiet high as well. some other odd things I've noticed: 3D audio is enabled with no way to disable it (no idea what that is), I can't enable streamer mode (not that I'd want to, but in other games I'm free to enable/disable streamer mode as I wish), and the volume dynamic range is set to cinematic with no way to change that either.The game won't launch
I've bought the game from Steam, but when I try to launch the game, it starts to launch and then crashes. I don't have any error messages or something, the game just doesn't launch. I've tried a lot of troubleshooting online and in the help center, but nothing worked. Playing the beginning of Split Fiction on the Switch 2 - love it, and I'm so glad it was a launch day port. Waited to play it see if it came to the platform and sure enough! The crossplay can't be overstated enough, either. I have one question/request, though - I've noticed while playing docked on the TV that the framerate is 30fps. When I undocked it to play portably, however, I realized the game was running much smoother! I'm not sure if it's at 40fps or just generally unlocked and running between 30-60, but it feels great, whichever it is. Would it be possible to offer the option to unlock the framerate while playing docked on the TV? The smoother/higher framerate in handheld mode feels great, and I'd love to have the option to allow for that in docked mode, too. (Even if the option is only for a 40fps performance mode, that would be awesome - I have a 120hz TV that is capable of it and would love it.) Thank you! (One extra note - I noticed a video review mention that while docked, certain sequences seem to run higher than 30fps, and then the game will revert back to a 30fps lock afterward. I'm not sure what's going on with that, but if it could be unlocked throughout, that would be awesome!)Split fiction error code 108-0
I started playing split fiction with my girlfriend and everything was working fine for the first couple times we played. I play on PC through steam and she plays on xbox. She owns the game and I use the friends pass to play with her. suddenly one day when I'm trying to join It just keeps saying "player has left the session, error code 108-0" We've tried absolutely everything to fix this over the past couple months. It's a glitch that hasn't been resolved for months now. It's ridiculous. the ONLY solution I found on the internet was to "unlink and re-link EA account, which isn't even possible for me since I did that recently and you can only do it every 6 months or something. No way to contact live support to get help. Believe me when I say i've tried EVERYTHING. The only thing I can't try is the un linking and re linking ea because I can't. It's RIDICULOUS. Does anyone know of any other fixes or how to even contact some type of support? Seeing as you can only submit a ticket for "certain" topics and the friends pass isn't involved in that so I'm just screwed, me and my gf can never play it again? i bought the game and i already played half of the game with my friend. One day i opened the game and it says to me purchase the game which i cannot buy. Playstation store doesnt let me buy because i already own. so circle continues. i can only play demo mod now. what should i do? i delete and dowlanded again.
