If you could pass on to EA, to adjust their pack clock from DST to the present. Free Prototype pack should be out at 5 EST. But it has been late because of the clock being set forward 1 hour. Now its been 6. This has been daily now. Time to wake up out there in BC. And set the time right . Thanks
Possibility to change team name.
Hey. This is seriously one of the thing that needs to get possible. Deleting current and creating totally new IS NOT an option cause team level is so high than it would take forever to get is back. Cannot understand that we still haven't possibility to change it. Why cannot we have option for change? I would even pay little bit for that option. First time for free and if there is need to change it again it would pay like 5-10€. My team has almost similar name with team what plays same serie than mine so it is kinda stupid so possibility for change would be good to have. I don't think that people would change their teams name just for fun if it would pay little amount of money. One time for free and if needed then it would pay so can also keep all the stuff team got cause it is seriously annoying to grind team again and one time this has been done at previous version... It was not fun. Ofc if there is some secret option please tell it so can make the change and keep everything my team has.Cap change
Ea. You have to seriously look at the mess you have created. You have a cap of 180 mil, while doling out new players with salaries in the 12 to 15 mil area. The line combinations are nothing more than a scavenger hunt. Trying to find combinations that fit. However. The cap reduction is so small, that building a line with a total salary of 18 mil (6 mil a player), at best only reduces the cap by 8 mil. Leaving you with 10 in the red, added to your salary base. Players have acquired higher rated cards over the past season, to now see. They have to drop certain higher rated cards to remain cap complient. This whole process is a total joke, releasing higher rated players that now become redundant under this senseless cap. Either increase the total cap. Or create a much larger, sensible line combination. Looking at the Overall. Its strickly a base lineup of players. Its March. Players are far past using base players in their lineups. The question then remains. Why bring out higher salaried players if because of the low cap and useless line combos, you cant use. This total concept i truly hope, is not in your plans for the 27 version. Because its a failure in 26.Quandry
So. Why would anyone be interested in acquiring players other than those that help to increase the team salary, and reduce the cap hit. Its the Overall and Ap im talking about. In order to group players from these two. You would have to do so with lower rated players, in order to stay cap complient. As well having to juggle lines regarding rated players to also stay cap complient. You put 3 90 rated players on a line, that corresponds with a line combo. Each player carries an 11 mil salary, and the line combo allows you an 8 mil reduction. So 33 mil on the salary, with 8 mil on cap reduction. Leaves you 25 mil in the red. The question has to be asked. Was this anywhere near, being thought out before it was put in. The line combos are a complete joke. And now having to reduce your team once again, to indulge EA and their totally ill thought out puzzle game. Is totally ridiculous. My previous teams rating was 91. I had to reduce it in order to be cap complient. And is now 87. Bringing out higher salaried players, with a low cap limit. 180 mil. Wow. Is this a game even worth playing anymore, when you as a player have no total say in the team you want to construct.Goalie flaw.
I have seen this so many times in games i have played. Whether i score. Or my opponent does. The goalies catching glove, is face down. Its not the norm on how actual NHL goalies use their glove. Its always facing up, creating a tougher area for a shooter to shoot at. Isnt the EA motto. EA its in the game. Somehow the devs missed that meeting.BRING BACK MATCH MY ROOM SIZE
As a person who has played thousands of hours on multiple nhl games I am very disappointed that Match my room size was taken away. Match my room size allowed me to Que with a duo and play another duo. Therefore not having to rely on the ai who is never reliable. And yes I know I could just wait to Que a duo but that takes forever. I always Que trios and lose every time because they have one more person than me. Please bring this back as it is a game changer for people who don’t have a third person to play with.Cap hit.
Taking away the 3 big cap rewards 20 20 and 10. We are left with 8 and lower. You fill out a line using the line combo, and you get 8 mil added to your cap. However. The line you put in place, has a cap hit of 24 mil. Boosting your overall cap spent by 24 mil. Difference being 16 mil in the red. How is this making sense. I know, you can combine double situations to double up the cap. But why do we have to go through this puzzle of assemblance, in order to become cap complient. Tell me this is not manipulation 101 by EA! My team currently has a cap hit of 215 mil. Now i either have to lower the higher rated players or find combos to increase the 150 mil cap. So so sick of this BS.Turnover
Again. Another season, and once again we are stuck with a 150 mil cap, and have to build our team all over. This is without a doubt, one of the most ill conceived formats this franchise has put out. We are no longer in charge of the team we want to build. Instead. We must follow the layout EA has so graciously provided for us. If this format continues in 27. Its bye bye EA. Get back to letting the players decide who they want on their team. NOT YOU!!!! Last season i built the team up to a cap surplus of 255 mil, with a cap hit of 215. Now all these high salary players have to be dispersed in order to be cap complient. This is so ridiculous. Each season they bring out players with higher ratings, thus higher salaries. Yet the cap sits at a paltry 150 mil. This game should be listed under casino games. Not sports. Such a joke.Problém shoot
hi i want to ask if anyone has the same problem as me, that during the match the shot on goal gets stuck and cannot be shot, and you press this stick or button several times and it does not work to shoot on goal, and this happens several times during one match, if so, please write a comment thank you
Preset Builds in WoC
If you’re going to add preset builds, make them only available to use in their own game mode. No point in personalizing your own skills and x-factor combos just for you guys to drop some custom build that has 99 shooting, 99 speed, 99 hitting, with every red x-factor that makes the build unstoppableElite Cup Audit
The elite cup ended at 3am est. last night, and I checked the 3v3 leaderboard right after the timer ended, that was now a timer that says leaderboard audit, and it showed my club was in 5th place. I checked again today and we are now in 6th place… Somehow the team that passed us was able to play a game outside the timer. Seems like it’s a glitch in the system and probably will not count after it’s audited? Also it kind of goes against the term audit, which the intended meaning is for reviewing pre-existing information, not for reviewing future added information…that doesn’t even make sense. Maybe don’t add the term audit or even a timer if there’s going to be games counted after it says it’s ended. I could’ve played more games I guess, but we stopped because we thought the timer had purpose.Takeaways
For the past couple of years. EA has adopted a reduction program. Lets take the daily reward to start with. Accomplishing the daily objectives, usually rewarded you with 3 items. Its now 1. Gold NHL cards in the past, were worth 800 to some being a 1000 coins in resale. They are now half of that. The weekly games. The rewards were passed out at the end of the week on Fridays. Better packs, as well as coins as well. Now its an XP 55 day marathon, with the same rewards over and over. The high value cards now being UT. And to finalize this. I will add this new concept of cap restrictions. No longer can you just choose the team you want to build. You are now restricted by the salary cap, and line combinations. In order to increase your cap. You have to combine different collection types to do so. And adding in the free Capt also hinders your team build. Like this past one, where in order to increase your AP, players had to be from the same team as the Capt. Personally. I dislike this manipulation, forcing me to build my team according to their new standards. Cant wait to see what they will diminish, or hinder come 27.9Pack probabilities
If you notice when you highlight a packs probabilities. At the bottom is a web page, where you can go to to find out more about details of how it is generated. However. Once there. All they divulge is the construction of how they go about this mystical way of pack probs. They do not give any formula or computation, as to how the odds are actually generated. They dont even give you an example of this computational simulation they talk about. So without actually knowing how the odds are actually generated. How can we trust the accuracy of said odds. For all we know. This maybe nothing more than someone tossing out #s, with no way to prove the validity. Why i have always been sceptical about the odds of packs. A pack may say 80+ 100%. But then again the pack has cards in it below 80. By not divulging the probabilities of all cards. The system is devoid of true accuracy.99 overall Fantasy cards
Can we please have true 99’s for the fantasy cards we spent so much time and money making? It is insane that these cards do not have 99 overall skating. We waited all season for these cards to hit 99 so that we would have the best cards in the game for a brief period before game progression caught up. Now, my 92 Selanne is still the better option over my 99 Cozens. Definitely will not be investing in fantasy cards next year if they end up on the bench the entire year in favor of current event MSPs that have better combos and stats. Alito, if you see this, can you please put a word in for how much of a let down this is? So many people will not participate in next year’s event. I know this is a money grab for the company. If you want to make money on this event next year, please make these cards true 99s.
