Season mode, more than one season
It’s so annoying that the season mode is only playable for one season not like in EA FC where you can play basically as many seasons as you wan‘t but in NHL for what ever ridiculous reason it’s not like this. EA pls just change this cause I want to continue with my team and not rebuild it every time. It‘s so annoying.
Delay of game
I played with another member of the community tonight that did not know he could get a delay of game penalty for just skating in his zone. He was convinced that I was cheating. So just a heads up for any new players or some members of the community that didn't play hockey growing up. Their is such a penalty. Plus keep your head up and get down ice!HUT Champs rewards.
The new system for collecting HUT champs rewards has been frustrating for me. I work out of town on a shift that runs from Wednesday to Wednesday. Meaning there isn’t a Wednesday during the year I’m not working, I spend my weekend on my days off grinding HUT champs, leave for work at 6 am Wednesday morning. Get back home at 5pm the next Wednesday and all the rewards are just gone. Deleted from the inbox because I couldn’t sign in during my shift. The only week I actually was able to get the collectables was the week they messed up and had to delay sending out rewards. There has to be some kind of fix or maybe the rewards you get from playing a competitive game mode just shouldn’t expire? Somethings gotta change or I’m just not gonna play the game mode anymore.Charging Penalties

EASHL SILENT GOALIE NERF
Why after so many years of EASHL where goalie players had to struggle with how bad it was, finally get a chance to be good and all it takes it people complaining because they cant score like they used to, for EA to NERF the G position back into the ground. I get if your out of position, but having goals go in when you are in position makes zero sense. Stop catering to the **bleep** players and make them have to try! So stupid.
Voice chat notification
Maybe voice chat in game could be little smaller and little bit more transparent. In game when your lobby teammates are talking it shows in the right side of screen and sometimes it interferes with the game. (Puck/all action is happening in that side) and it is hard to see clearly sometimes(puck/player). Just a suggestion
Season 2 Start Date and Time (and Rewards)
EA_Aljo Season 1 still says it’s auditing leaderboard data. My first question is when does Season 2 begin as far as a date and time? Secondly, are you allowed to say what will be the Season 2 attribute bonuses? Will all remaining X-Factors be available for unlocking via the Season Pass in Season 2?Feature request Franchise Custom League replacing AHL teams
When creating a franchise using the custom league option, is it possible to replace their AHL team with a European team and have that team’s authentic center-ice artwork and board branding included? Nov 18 and we still haven't heard one word about, the stick lifts or poke checks or the penalties being turned back on In my opinion the poke checks and stick lifts have been nerfed to make their new xfactors work better ,just like they did to the puck flip so the pressure system could work, which in itself is a joke ,and the charging penalties especially open ice charging turned off so total control could work without any consequences
Knock Knock! Anyone from EA around?
Just recently stopped playing online after versus mode turned me away. Opposing team kept charging at me blatantly and no call was made. As well also been getting interfered with no call on the play. I have been only playing offline but even then I’m running into issues with the game crashing in Franchise mode… Club has also had issues with opposing players interfering or charging not getting called. This games going further from hockey and is turning into NHL Hitz… I’m curious if the lead devs know what’s up? As of right now it feels light there is no informed explanation nor resolution. Unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional Ian by the team imo. It’s unfair to the consumer. Hate to say it EA NHL can’t figure something out maybe the rights should go to a company that cares? Sorry to be this blunt.Do you guys even play HUT when you release the games?
No seriously... I would love to see developers and project managers and marketing teams plug into nhl hut at 12am -3am. (When grown ups unadmittingly play) hook up to a average internet with an Xbox series s and then finally understand everyone's complaints about this mode and game. Its literally impossible to get competitively better with all the quirks and AI swings that take place. I bet ya they dont even do that. Yet they keep rolling game and mode after mode with more ready to purchase content.What's up with match making in eashl
9 out of 10 games we play we play up to. Always get teams with players with over a thousand goals 2800 points. Every time. It's getting really really old. What do we gotta do to get matched in our skill level. How can we get those games. And you gotta nerf trucelence no way a 160 pound guy is sending 240 pound guy flying because of a magical power up and 6"6 240 pound guys aren't gonna be as fast as mcdavid so get that out toWhere are these important updates that this game needs?!?
More than two months after release and the game is still in a terrible state. Just empty promises and no progress on any important issues “we’re aware of the issue and it’s being investigated” and “sorry I have no info of upcoming updates”. Seriously DEVELOPERS what a **** is going on? Why you are not updating this game?? Example such an important and essential part of ice hockey as penalties is still broken. Is the EA NHL game development team really full of people who dont care at all about the current state of this game?? Its incomprehensible that developers cant get the core elements of the game to work so that it would at least somewhat resemble real hockey game. When opening this forum anyone can say that you have completely failed in your work and in my opinion you have chosen the wrong job for yourselves. Sorry to say this but this is just true. I used to play be a pro religiously, and now I hardly even touch nhl it just sits there because I want to play it but just get pissed off every single time… kinda sad this is the result of the “revamped” mode… for the first time in 10 years I’m turned off from buying the next nhl…. I’ll come back here when it gets released and see what everyone complains about then I guess😂NHL 26 and EASHL

Matchmaking Issues in EASHL Removal of even matchmaking makes small clubs suffer against full squads. Combined with poor AI teammates, this kills the fun for smaller groups. Lack of Innovation Feels like a roster update every year for $70. NHL 12–14 era is remembered as the “golden age” for many fans.
Hut salary cap
Obviously something new this year. Personally. I dont mind it. It keeps teams in check from overloading top ranked players. My concern is. As the the ratings of the cards increase. So apparently does the players salary increase. Just how much is the team cap going to increase, to accept these new additional salaries. EA has always been an advocate of flooding the market with all kinds of new sets. And with each new set. So does the rank increase. If an 85 player presently shows a cap hit of 6-7 mil. What is a potential 99 ranked card going to be, cap wise. I can see this concept working effectivly in franchise mode. But it may create a few problems in Hut. Be interested in hearing any feedback about this.
