PLEASE HELP! Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. On the new, the last challenge is Home Story, but it is just a scrambled picture when I pick that square. It does not have the clue anymore and it is saying the amount done is 0. I played it a couple of times 2 days ago but now will not work. It is the last challenge to complete. More and more bugs seem to be happening. EA needs to look after pogo better. Didn't get to finish the last challenge in Merge Academy due to a bug. Please fix it!!!Card scramble violas diner
For the last 2 weeks I am not able to get past Level 41, when I want to play the level 3-53, where you need to score 35000 and cover 1 target level. No matter what I try to do all the clubs, spades, hearts and diamonds will not go away. I match them up with a club card let's say, all will disappear accept for 6 of them and they flash. even if I play another club card next to the flashing ones, they don't disappear. It doesn't matter whether it's a club or spade or whatever they don't disappear so I can get to the target one. It's getting very frustrating because I like this game. MS has a new first try challenge but the game has me repeating level 2150 over and over with no challenge credit. And if I go back and play old levels in order it still gives no credit. I wish EA Pogo would stop rolling out glitchy challenges and games that don't work on varios systems. I have tried posting on all the forums. Is there any email address or someone we can contact about technical support? This is crazy that a paid subscription has Zero Tech Support. My crate of apples will not spawn any fruit. I have tried different browsers and different devices. I have done everything I can on my end. Someone from Pogo needs to check from their end. 3 of the 4 orders I need to complete require some form of apples. I'm almost at a standstill in the game.
