Cheating is evident
POGO needs to do something about cheating in Canasta, and Jungle Gin. I can lose a game or two and every time I am winning a game, I get "connection lost" and the game ends and I lose points. I have perfect internet connection. So what is going on? My husband and I are ready to cancel our subscription.Returnee Rewards for July 2026
I see there is still no way to actually contact a live tech support rep for Pogo.com. My issue already has a "discussion" created but the responses lead to the same "circle **bleep**". Anyway, I am stuck on day 1 returnee rewards ... collected that reward for a game I never play 4 times now. I really just want the day 5 reward but at this rate I will NEVER get those 200 crystals for Farm Merge Valley. I have 14 days left in July. Time keeps on ticking, ticking, ticking into the future. Being a free account I am sure I am way up the list of issues to be dealt with.... NOT! 24 years on pogo and it has only gotten worse over those years really. I only hang on in case an old friend decides to reach out. She quit this site over 15 years ago. Many other friends over the years did the same. I just quit paying for defective content, which is most of what is offered here. Might be timge for me to follow their insightful leads.Poker Town
So, I too have been unable to receive the award that we have been asked to be patient with. So I was offered a new buy in to the Island event and bought in for 150 gems. I have received nothing, nada, zero and now I am 150 gems less for this effort. I love playing Texas Holdum, but I cannot afford to keep losing coins and gems in this game.Majong Santuary
I just started playing this game. And I'm on Level 12. It goes through with the Detetive Boost intro. After I make the first move using the booster. It goes back to highlighting the booster and freezes. It won't move past that screen. I want to play this game, but the tutorials not giving me the option to not activate instead of forcing me to activate is a little annoying. I have also tried this on Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. All get hung up on the same screen.Merge Academy Not Working Again!
I haven't been able to play Merge Academy for months and it finally started working again yesterday. Today it is back to not working. It keeps saying there "is something different to tap on" but nothing is there and it won't let me move on. Did anyone else have this problem? I'm uploading the screenshot STILL NOT WORKING. I'm missing out on energy in the regular game when it's at 100 (the max) and I get a prize from the daily login or claiming prizes from pogis levels reached Just in the past week I've lost out on 50 energy. This happens quite frequently. It's ridiculous. I have to remember to go to the game, spend energy and then go back to claim the prizes. Disappointing. :-( Please fix this.
