Pogo Gems/ Missing Energy
I used some Pogo gems to add energy to merge Academy. They offered a treasure game on the side, which I played and that's where I added energy to. It stated, "any leftover energy at the end of this event will go to the main merge game" The event ended with 2000+ energy left and I have not recieved any ov the energy back. Can I get this back, please?Vivint ads
User Lil053 Using Chrome for the past few days when I play any game pogo takes me to a vivint ad. no count down for completion of ad it just stays there. I hit refresh then it has another ad with a count down to completion and back to vivint. I cannot play, I have cleared history/cache. please helpNestor the Archer
I am not getting my rewards and of course I bought the pass even though I was sketchy about it after buying the pass for the Halloween event in solitare home story and losing out on it and still not being made whole (stupid me) anyways I noticed I didn’t get the +75 energy in merge academy and I let it go cuz yea if y’all don’t care if I lose gems then why would you care if I don’t get energy right well I just completed another tier and each one had 5 gems in it but did I get them noooooo what is going on here I am really getting frustrated 😕Mahjong Sanctuary issue
Mahjong Sanctuary Many times over the last month when I play this game, when I choose the scissor tiles they don't always cut the ribbon. This mean you cant finish the game unless you use or purchase one of the boosters, usually the joker to be able to remove the tile. It has either cost me or I have to start over which is frustrating. I also cant seem to figure out how to report this issue, it seems so complicated. Anyone having this issue, or can help. jenab63Guest Issue Ad Header making games unplayable!
I have enjoyed playing games on POGO for years. Recently while attempting to play Scrable and other games i have encountered an advertising header at the top of the loading screen that dominates enough of the screen that i am unable to access the buttons that i need to click on to start the game. and, since the option to go to full screen is limited to members only, i have been unable to play any games for several weeks.
Verify my identity
Ok I need help. For the last couple of days or so when I go to the pogo website and I put in my email and password, it wants me to verify my identity and when I press the button to send me a code that code does not go to my email. It went to my email before and I never had any problems, but now I can't get any emails from pogo. I'm not sure what to do. I can't even get on pogo to make sure that my email address is correct. I'm not the best on computers to try and figure out what is going on. So any help would help me. ThanksMerge Academy not crediting my game
Today November 26 I earned 200 yellow lightning bolt energy from completing a task in the "Coral Secrets" side game for Merge Academy and 3OO yellow lightning bolt energy from opening a treasure chest in the side game. I did not receive any of those energy, it didn't show up on my energy for the main game. Please resolve this ASAP and credit my account with all the energy yellow lightning bolts for the regular game play on the game. Thank you. Please note the task part of the Coral Secrets side game in the screenshot. and a screenshot of the regular game showing the current the and you will see that I was not credited any of the energy. Unfortunately I didn't get a screenshot shot of the 300 yellow lightning bolt energy because it disappeared.
